Controlled Environments, a sub-division of Kingspan Insulated Panels, comprises two ranges of made-to-order, high-specification insulated panel systems, for internal and external applications:

UltraTemp Sliding Door
Product Data
The UltraTemp range of insulated sliding doors has been designed specifically for use within the food and drink industry in applications such as food manufacturing and temperature controlled storage.
UltraTemp Sliding Doors feature an innovative frame interface designed to integrate seamlessly with UltraTemp Insulated Panels, withstanding high pressure washing and regular cleaning to provide a durable yet aesthetic solution for a number of applications. UltraTemp insulated sliding doors can be supplied in standard or bespoke sizes, offer a range of door frames with integrated thermal breaks, a choice of fitting and coating options to suit project specific requirements. Integrated low-voltage frame and threshold heaters are supplied as standard to suit negative temperature applications.
Application UltraTemp sliding doors are designed specifically for use in cold and chilled storage applications and can be installed both internally and externally.

UltraTemp insulated hinged doors can be supplied in standard or bespoke sizes, and offer a range of door frames with integrated thermal breaks and a choice of fitting and coating options to suit project-specific requirements. Integrated low-voltage frame and threshold heaters are supplied as standard to suit negative temperature applications.

Threshold Details Various threshold options are available to meet project-specific requirements, and low-voltage heaters are supplied as standard for negative temperature applications. Available threshold options include: Option 1: Three-sided frame / blade complete with sweeper gasket; ■
