Construction of a 110,000-square-foot apartment complex including one- and four-bedroom suites, laundry rooms, study lounges and an arched breezeway to an interior courtyard.
ROBERTS HALL, BUCKNELL UNIVERSITY
WEST CAMPUS HOUSING, IMMACULATA UNIVERSITY
Renovations to transform the four-story building into a contemporary residence life facility including a new grand entrance, a redesigned central quad, lounges and meeting spaces, and suite-style, two-, three- and four-person rooms.
Construction of three new apartment buildings with two five-bedroom suites on each level. The three-story facilities have shared kitchens, laundry and living spaces, and a bridge connecting the second level to the adjacent campus grounds.

WILLIAM A. GRAHAM BUILDING, BUCKNELL UNIVERSITY Construction of a three-story athletic and health building home to the new Bucknell Wrestling Training Facility with locker rooms, practice areas and studentcentered spaces for academic support and student training.
O’PAKE FIELD HOUSE SPORTS FLOOR, KUTZTOWN UNIVERSITY Removal of the existing flooring system and installation of a poured synthetic rubber athletic floor system for the college’s indoor field house.
CENTER FOR ATHLETICS, RECREATION AND FITNESS, GETTYSBURG COLLEGE Expansion of the athletic complex to include a new two-story facility with a 20,000-square-foot aquatic center, a weight and fitness room and a 35-foot climbing wall inside an 85-foot triangular glass tower.

Construction of a 6,000-square-foot dining addition to provide food service capabilities while the college’s new student union building was under construction.
Renovations to the existing dining hall including demolition and replacement of the HVAC system; installation of new casework, countertops, a wheelchair lift, and booth and banquette seating; construction of a built-in pizza oven; and upgrades to all finishes.

Construction of a two-story dining hall with a catering kitchen attached to Little Run Lodge residence hall to service students living on the college’s west campus.
Construction of a new 25,000-square-foot freezer and cooler, and renovations to 90,000 square feet of space that housed the existing bakery, a freezer/cooler area, ambient storage, an office area and the bakery storage area.
