Construction of a new 29,000-squarefoot, two-story facility including classrooms, staff offices, and biology, chemistry and physics laboratories.
Construction of a 73,000-square-foot addition to include state-of-the-art science and art labs, a multipurpose theater, a wood shop, a pottery studio and a computer lab.
THE PARK SCHOOL, BROOKLANDVILLE, MD
SUDBROOK MAGNET MIDDLE SCHOOL, BALTIMORE, MD
Construction of a 27,000-square-foot addition and renovations to 14,000-squarefeet to the school’s two-story science, mathematics and technical center.
Renovations to a 135,000-square-foot magnet school for advanced science and art programs, including two new art rooms and four state-of-the-art science labs.

CENTRAL YORK HIGH SCHOOL, YORK, PA
Construction of a 50,000-square-foot, five-level athletic facility including a gymnasium, locker rooms, a fitness center and training rooms.
Installation of six tennis courts, two outdoor basketball courts, an outdoor volleyball court, and competition and separate practice fields for football, soccer, baseball, softball, and track and field activities.
GERSTELL ACADEMY PATERAKIS ATHLETIC COMPLEX, WESTMINSTER, MD Construction of a 60,000-square-foot athletic facility including a gymnasium, a weight and cardio training room, locker rooms, and a concession area.

ROLAND PARK COUNTRY SCHOOL THEATRE ARTS BUILDING, BALTIMORE, MD Construction of a 43,000-square-foot addition to the theatre arts building including additional classrooms and laboratories as well as renovations to the existing space.
