Transformation of the six-story landmark into 50 one- and two-bedroom senior living apartments complete with a community room and kitchen area, laundry facilities on each level, as well as a library, computer, exercise, art and grandchild rooms.
Construction of 48 one-, two- and threebedroom units. The space was designed to include a fitness center, clubroom, office space, outdoor areas and petfriendly units for residents.

Normandie Ridge has relied on our team to renovate over 70 apartments and cottages, including projects that transformed one-bedroom cottages into a single, two-bedroom cottage with a one-car garage.
Constructon of a new seven-story, mixed-use building to house 153 modern studio and one- and two-bedroom units, a parking garage, an elevated outdoor swimming pool with a waterfall, an exposed courtyard and dog run, ground floor retail spaces, a lobby with a shared fitness room, mailroom and kitchenette lounge.

Conversion of existing residential units to create a memory care unit with dining and activity rooms, and an outdoor area.
Renovations to the facility included two new dining facilities, a conference room, fireplace lounge, recreation space, updated nurses station, living room, activity area and more.
NORMANDIE RIDGE SKILLED NURSING FACILITY, YORK, PA
WELLSPAN SURGERY AND REHABILITATION HOSPITAL, YORK, PA
Renovations to 92 resident rooms in the partially-occupied senior living facility to update flooring, paint, medicine cabinets, plumbing fixtures and HVAC.
Construction of a new surgery and rehabilitation hospital, which included 73 beds, four operating rooms, space for outpatient and administrative services, residential apartments, a cafeteria and outdoor garden.
