I AM AN ARCHITECTURE STUDENT CURRENTLY PURSUING MY 4TH YEAR HERE IN THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, ROURKELA, ODISHA. AT THE UNIVERSITY, I’VE LEARNED TO COMBINED MY STUDIES WITH PRACTICE, AND SEEKING TO LEARN BY EXPERIENCE IN A STUDIO. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS SHOWN ME THAT I AM AN ACTIVE AND A EAGER PERSON AT WORK, WITH ABILITY TO ADOPT MYSELF TO DIFFERENT TASKS AND WORK AS A TEAM OR INDIVIDUALLY. THE ARTIST

THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN OF THE ARTIST RESIDENCY WITH EXHIBITION AND WORKSHOP SPACES COMBINES THE UNIQUE AND HARMONIUS FEATURES OF CIRCULAR STRUCTURES TO CREATE AN INSPIRING AND FUNCTIONAL ENVIRONMENT. THE RESIDENCY AND THE EXHIBITION COMPLEX CONSISTS OF INTERCONNECTED CIRCULAR BUILDINGS THAT MIMIC THE FLOW OF CREATIVITY AND COLLABORATION. EACH CIRCULAR STRUCTURE REPRESENTS A DIFFERENT FACE OF ARTIST’S JOURNEY. THE CIRCULAR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN NOT ONLY FOSTERS A SENSE OF UNITY AND CREATIVIE ENERGY AMONG RESIDENTS ARTISTS BUT ALSO OFFERS A VISUAL SPECTACLE THAT COMPLEMENTS THE ARTISTIC ENDEAVORS WITHIN, MAKING THIS ARTIST RESIDENCY A HAVEN FOR ARTISTIC INNOVATION AND EXPRESSION.


THE CIRCLES THE MAIN EXHIBITION SPACE TAKES CENTER STAGE IN THE HEART OF THE COMPLEX, DESIGNED AS A LARGER, GRAND CIRCULAR STRUCTURE WITH A SPACIOUS, OPEN-CONCEPT INTERIOR. IT BOASTS HIGH CEALINGS AND A FOCUS ON PRIVACY AND A CONNECTION TO NATURE. THESE STUDIOUS ARE ACCESSIBLE THROUGH A SERIES OF WINDING PATHS AND LUSH GARDENS, ENCOURAGING INSPIRATION AND REFLECTION. WORKSHOP SPACES ARE ALSO INCORPORATED INTO THE CIRCULAR DESIGN, WITH DEDICATED CIRCULAR BUILDINGS SPECIFICALLY FOR ARTIST COLLABORATION AND LEARNING. THESE WORKSHOPS FEATURE STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT AND CAN BE CUSTOMIZED TO ACCOMMODATE VARIOUS ARTISTIC DISCIPLINES, FROM PAINTING AND SCULPTURE TO MULTIMEDIA AND DIGITAL ARTS. THE EXTERIOR LANDSCAPE IS A WORK OF ART ITSELF, WITH MEANDERING PATHS, SERENE OF COURTYARDS. THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS DESIGNED WITH SUSTAINABILITY IN MIND, UTILIZING ECO-FRIENDLY BUILDING MATERIALS AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES.

DESIGN STRATEGY - INSPIRED FROM STEVE JOBS THEATRE AT THE APPLE HEADQUATERS CALLED ‘THE PARK’. - GIVES MORE AMOUNT OF SPACE TO THE PEOPLE TO GATHER AND EXPERIENCE THE SURROUNDINGS. - TO ENCOURAGE FREE FLOW OF IDEAS. - CAN ALSO BE USED AS A LANDSCAPE MATERIAL. - CAN BE SIMPLE BUT ELEGENT.

THE ROOF HERE THE SLOPED CIRCULAR ROOFS ARE A STRIKING ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN THAT COMBINES THE ELEGANCE OF A CIRCULAR SHAPE WITH PRACTICALITY OF A SLOPING STRUCTURE. THE SLOPED CIRCULAR ROOF COMBINES AESTHETIC BEAUTY WITH PRACTICAL ADVANTAGES. - AESTHETIC APPEAL - EFFICIENT DRINAGE - NATURAL LIGHTING - VENTILATION AND UNIQUE INTERIOR SPACES - SOLAR PANELS - RAIN AND DEBRIS SHEDDING, AND WIND RESISTANCE - ARCHITECTURAL FLEXIBILITY AND LOGEVITY


THE SITE HAS BEEN DESIGNED IN SUCH A WAY THAT EVERYTHING CAN BE ACCESSABILE WITH VERY LESS EFFORT.. THE LANDSCAPE HAS DESIGNED AND EVOLVED AROUND THE STRUCTURES, AND HAVE BEEN MERGED PERFECTLY. A SMALL CAFE IS PROVIDED BETWEEN THE PARKING AREA AND THE MAIN EXHIBIT CENTER FOR EVERYONE TO GET RELAXED AND FILL THEIR BELLIES. THE RESIDENCE HAS PERFECT LINKS BETWEEN THE LIBRARY AND THE WORKSHOP, GIVING A PROPER WORK FLOW FOR THE ARTISTS. AND OVER TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SITE THERE IS A POWER ROOM WHICH HELPS IN POWERING UP THE WHOLE SITE AND STRUCTURES.

THERE ARE TOTAL OF 3 ENTRY POINTS INTO THE SITE, ONE BEING THE MAIN ENTRY, AND OTHER TWO BEING THE SERVICE ENTRIES. THIS ROUND STRUCTURES CAN BE EASILY NAVIGATED AND WILL HELP THE ELDERLY, AND OTHER HANDICAPPED PEOPLE TO COMFORTABLY ROAM THE SITE WITH MINIMUM HELP. THE SITE IS A COMPLETE MIXTURE OF ART, SCIENCE, LANDSCAPE. VEGETATION, AND FLOW. THERE IS SKYLIGHT AT BOTH THE EXHIBIT AND THE RESIDENCE, FOR A GOOD VENTATION AND LIGHT AS THEY ARE MOST IMPORTANT SPACES. THE TWO WORKSHOPS ARE CONNECTED TO A LIBRARY, AND A COMPUTER LAB FOR THE DIGITAL ART.

IN THE HEART OF BHUBANESHWAR’S VIBRANT CITYSCAPE, A CRESCENDO OF ARCHITECTURE EMERGES. A TRIUMPHANT COMPOSITION OF FORM, FUNCTION, AND INSPIRATION. THE BHUBANESHWAR TRI-TOWER SYMPHONY IS A MULTI-UTILITY HIGH-RISE COMPLEX THAT DANCES WITH VERY ESSENCE OF THIS ANCIENT LAND, FUSING INNOVATION AND TRADITION IN A HARMONIOUS BALLET. AS ONE APPROACHES THIS SOARING OPUS, THREE DISTANT TOWERS GREET THE BEHOLDER: THE MALL TOWER, THE CENTRAL OFFICE TOWER, THE HOTEL TOWER. EACH TOWER IS A TESTAMENT TO THE RICH TAPESTRY OF THIS REGION’S HISTORY, IT’S NATURAL BEAUTY, AND ITS FORWARD- LOOKING SPIRIT.




THE TRINITY

THE MALL TOWER: A VERITABLE ODE TO THE EARTH. THE MALL TOWER , LIKE A TERRACED GARDEN , RISES FROM THE GROUND IN STEPS, A HOMAGE TO THE ROLLING HILLS THAT ADORN BHUBANESHWAR’S HORIZON. IT’S FACADE MIRRORS THE UNDULATING LANDSCAPE, OFFERING GENEROUS TERRACES FOR SHOPPERS TO PAUSE AND TAKE IN THE BEAUTY OF THEIR SURROUNDINGS. THE OFFICE TOWER: A HELICAL ELEGY TO PROGRESS. NESTED BETWEEN THE MALL AND HOTEL TOWERS, THE OFFICE TOWER EMERGES AS AN ENIGMA, A MARVEL OF DESIGN AND TOTAL OF 19 FLOORS. IT’S FORM TWISTS AND SPIRALS, ECHOING THE TIMELESS DOUBLE-HELIX, A DNA-LIKE STRUCTURE SYMBOLIZING THE CITY;’S DYNAMIC EVOLUTION. WITHIN IT’S SINUOUS CONFINES, MODERN OFFICES OPEN TO WORLD, WHERE INNOVATIVE THOUGHT FLOW AS EFFORTLESSLY AS THE SPIRALING FORM ITSELF. HERE, THE FUTURE UNFOLDS THE GRACEFUL REVOLUTIONS. THE HOTEL TOWER: A VERTICAL JOURNEY THROUGH TIME. THE HOTEL TOWER REACHES FOR THE SKIES, IT’S STEPPED PROFILE PAYING HOMAGE TO THE NATURAL TERRIAN. AS THE CORE STRUCTURAL SYSTEM IS SPIRAL IN SHAPE, THE CORRESPONDING FLOORS HAVE BEEN ROTATED 5 DEGREES AT EACH INTERVEL AND DUE TO WHICH IT REACHES A POSITION AT 19TH FLOOR, WHICH IS THE SAME POSITION AS THE GROUND FLOOR. THIS IS A SPLIT CORE SYSTEM, AND THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL CORES ARE SUPPORTING EACH OTHER. HERE EACH FLOOR LIES ON THESE HORIZONTAL CORES.

IT ENSURES THAT EVERY FACET , EVERY CONTOUR, EVERY DETAIL RESONATES WITH THE RHYTHMS OF LIFE, WORK AND LEISURE. THE OVERTUNE OF SUSTAINABILITY: THROUGH THE JUDICIOUS USE OF RENEWABLE RESOURCES AND ENERGY-EFFCIENT SYSTEMS, THE TRI-TOWER SYMPHONY EMBRACES THE MELODY OF SUSTAINABILITY, ENSURING A TIMELESS LEGACY THAT DOES’NT COMPROMISE THE FUTURE.

“ IMAGINE A BREATHTAKING DREAM HOUSE NESTLED AMIDST THE LUSH TROPICAL PARADISE OF BALI, INDONESIA. “ LA CASA DEI SOGNI WHICH TRANSLATES AS ‘ THE HOUSE OF DREAMS ’ IN ITALIAN. THIS ARCHITECTURAL MASTERPIECE SEAMLESSLY BLENDS TRADITIONAL BALINESE AESTHETICS WITH MODERN LUXURY. ARCHITECTURE PLAYS A PIVOTAL ROLE IN DESIGNING A RESIDENCE, AS IT ENCOMPASSES THE ART AND SCIENCE OF CREATING FUNCTIONAL, AESTHETICALLY PLEASING, AND SUSTAINABLE SPACES. THE CUBOIDAL ELEGANCE

“ CUBOIDAL ELEGEGANCE ” IS A RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT THAT CELEBRATES SIMPLICITY, FUNCTIONALITY, AND CONTEMPORARY DESIGN. THE PRIMARY IDEA BEHIND THIS CONCEPT IS TO CREATE A HARMONIOUS BLEND OF FORM AND FUNCTION WHILE MAXIMIZING THE EFFICIENT USE OF SPACE. CUBOIDAL MODULES, FUNCTIONALITY AND AESTHETICS, SPATIAL FLOW, MATERIALHARMONY, NATURAL INTEGRATION, LIGHT AND SHADOW PLAY, ENERGY EFFICIENCY, MINIMALISM, PERSONALIZATION, SUSTAINABILITY. Sky village is the vertical highrise which deforms the normal ideology of high-rise apartments.the idea is to convert the high-rise to a village which boost the interaction between the residents and gives to more connection to outside world.

CONCEPT Urbans areas are developed due to the migration of rural population in need of job or education.but after entering into urban areas their lifestyle changes. so we incorporated the village lifestyle and characters in a vertical highrise by providing the interaction space and green balcony which makes them feel that they are connected to nature and eradicates isolatoion . This also improves mental and social health.
