w Prefabricated Stand: These are stalls with modular shell system panels. The length and breadth of each panel is 2.4 m and 1m respectively. The name of the Exhibitor appears on the fascia of the stall. The length of the fascia depends on the dimensions of the stall. w Canopy Stalls: These are the stalls with modular shell system panels of 9 sq.m. area with open marked spaces of 9 sq.m. area (open to sky) for display system. w Bare Spaces: These are the display areas provided within the venue. Exhibitors need to get their own displays, partition walls and / or furniture. w Open Spaces: (open to sky) Exhibitors need to get their own displays, partition walls and /or furniture. w Marquee : Covered Bare space of area 36 sq.m. w For additional facilities please refer Extra Requirement Form. Please Note: §All requests have to be made in writing and appropriate forms filled in duplicate. These forms should be submitted with the Company seal and signature. §Every effort will be made to meet your requests. These will however not be recognized as a condition for participation. §The Company and it's representatives will be responsible for any damages, in case of the application being signed by a third party (e.g. representative) §The exhibitors are requested to insure all their exhibits, before getting them to the Venue. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of goods.
I. Terms 1. The Prefabricated Space & Bare Space will be allotted on 11th December 2012 after 10.00 a.m. and the Open Space will be allotted on 2nd December, 2012. The stalls should be vacated by 4.00 p.m. on 17th December, 2012. 2. You must occupy the space allotted not later than 8.00 am on the 12th of December 2012 or else the Organizers reserve the right to re-allot the stall. 3. The height of stand and decoration materials should not exceed 3.00 m.
4. Music systems and special lights used inside a stand should not cause inconvenience or annoyance to other exhibitors or visitors. Any complaint received will result in termination of such display.
5. Exhibits must be positioned / displayed such that they will not intrude into the gangway or cause hazard to visitors / other Exhibitors. a. Any exhibit or process, which generates noxious or toxic fumes, or smoke of any kind, is strictly prohibited. Also no fuel or inflammable material is allowed in the exhibition premises. b. All stand designs are expected to be ready on the first day of the exhibition, four hours before the inaugural time. Also dismantling of the displays will not be allowed before the closing time on the last day of the exhibition.
II. Parking Provisions for Car & Scooter parking are made at the Fair Grounds. III. Exhibitor Badges Entry to the fair ground is not permitted without the exhibitor’s badges. For each 9 sq.m. prefabricated stall and 25 sq.m bare space/ open space 5 exhibitor badges would be provided. Extra badges would be provided at a rate of Rs. 50/-each. IV. Gate Pass Ø Exhibitors are requested to note that they would require a Gate pass for security purposes, in case they wish to take any exhibits / items out of the fair grounds. The Gate pass would be available on written request at the site office. Ø A final Gate pass would be needed on last day for the exhibitors to move out of the fair grounds. V. Drinking water facility will be made available at the Venue. Requirement of water for demonstration of machines or equipment, should be informed before with a written request before 8th December, 2012.

Electrical connections The prefabricated stall-holders should get their electrical works done from the electrical contractor appointed by the organizers only. If you are, getting your own generator sets & electricians, they should seek the prior permission of the Organizes. Requisitions for Power Points and Power Required (KW) are to be made before 1st December 2012. Details about your electrical load consumption have to be informed well in advance. VIII. Cleaning of halls . The general cleaning of the venue has been taken care of. Cleaning of stalls & exhibits is your responsibility. IX. Services at venue · Cafeteria · Drinking Water · Luggage Room for the convenience of Outstation · VisitorsWashrooms X. Security: While all reasonable steps for the protection of property and exhibits are taken, including the employment of private security officers, the organisers do not by regulations governing the exhibition, accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to, your or contractor’s properties within the exhibition grounds.
XI. Hostesses & Volunteers If you need agriculture students to help you in your stand management, please inform the requirement before 4th December, 2012. Exhibitor will have pay to the volunteers directly & also take care of their meal & breakfast. Alternatively, you can source the volunteers services from the other agencies. XII. VIP Passes Enclose VIP passes while inviting your clients to your stand. It will save them from the procedure of registering at the KISAN entrance. Extra VIP passes are available at Rs. 20/each in multiples of maximum 10 nos. XIII. Get Noticed : Advertise in Kisan '12 Catalogue Fair Catalogue for KISAN 2012 will be made available to you and for the visitors on the 1st day of the event. This will contain information of all exhibitors, their products and services. You are requested to fill Advertising Options Form and send it before 5th December, 2012. We do not guarantee the entry of information received thereafter. We - The Organizers are not responsible for the authenticity or accuracy of the information. Golden Rules for safe and secure participation at KISAN Every year KISAN attracts over 1 Lakh visitors. This is to guide you to enjoy a successful and secure participation at KISAN. We at Kisan implement a wide range of securities measures for safeguarding your property. This will not be possible without your co-operation. Together with you, we want to be on a safe side !! 1. Before the exhibition - Pay attention to safety aspects while planning your exhibition stand. A clear structural design incorporating technical safety measures is recommended. 2. On the day of taking possession - Do not leave your stand until all goods, tool, and personal possessions have been secured. Always leave someone to watch over the stand during breaks. Despite being well organized, the visual impression is one of chaos which anyone with dishonest intentions will know how to turn to good advantage. You should pay special attention to safeguarding your exhibits, equipments and personal valuables the night before the exhibition. An Exhibition stand complete with exhibits is a very attractive target for thieves who are frequently able to work undisturbed under the cover of the assembly work still in progress. 3. During the Exhibition - Make sure that your team is always on time during the days of the exhibition. Never leave your stand unattended. Even when the stand is occupied never keep personal belongings unattended. Major events always attracts pick pockets. 4. On the last day - Demand for gate pass before leaving the premises. On the last day, the Gate Pass will be issued after 5.00 pm. Do not leave before the closing of exhibition hours. Wishing you a safe and successful 20th KISAN Exhibition.
Planning an environment friendly exhibition stand at KISAN Protection of the environment has become an important and economic element of our daily life. Each of us must play our part for the protection of the environment. Here are some practical suggestions that can usefully be applied at our exhibition. Help us to make a clean and eco-friendly KISAN’12. Checklist ü Use re usable packaging for transportation. ü Plan the disposal of waste and the collection of recyclable material well in advance. ü Use construction material containing little or no harmful substances, which are marked as being environmentally acceptable. ü Optimize transport arrangement. ü Minimize waste at stand and sort recyclable material. ü Use publicity material selectively. ü Keep dry waste separate from wet waste. Hope these guidelines will help you to maintain cleanliness and a more eco-friendly atmosphere at KISAN 2012.
