PRAYER REQUESTS • Special request from Judith, our CEO: for wisdom and discernment as she and Laura Beth Webster, our Recruitment Officer, visit Eastern University on 15 October and then Recruitment Fairs in Chicago and Grand Rapids. For students to hear God’s calling and have the faith and not fear raising funds to come long-term. Pray for “divine appointments”. Continue to pray for her various speaking engagements in the UK. • We thank God for the many gifts, talents and abilities God has given to each in our community. • Continue to remember the staff and students who are currently working hard rehearsing for the Pirates of Penzance production. Pray that they would continually be renewed, that they would not grow weary, for unity and good communication, continued creativity, that all the practicalities and logistics would run smoothly. • KISC needs a Year 2 teacher from next term and Secondary English and History teachers from January. Pray that the Holy Spirit would prompt and stir the right people who these jobs are for and that all the practical arrangements would be problem free and swift! • We ask for protection and safety for all our staff and families, especially those traveling over the Dashain break. • We continue to ask God for more room and outdoor play space for KISC in order to enhance the teaching / learning environment for our students and staff. We are thankful for His faithfulness and provision all the time, but may He provide a way. • Let us be thankful for all that has taken place over this term and that the term break would be a time of refreshment & renewal in preparation for the term ahead. • We are constantly thankful for God’s blessings to us & for who He is. Let us continue to review our walk with Him, that we may able to become more Christ like in our attitudes & actions, that we would desire intimacy with Him & be driven to a deeper level of relationship with Him.
