It gives us an irrefutable connection to the past - to certain social values, beliefs, customs and traditions, that allows us to identify ourselves with others and deepen our sense of unity, belonging and national pride. Culture provides important social and economic benefits. With improved learning and health, increased tolerance, and opportunities to come together with others, culture enhances our quality of life and increases overall well-being for both individuals and communities. Chennai is the capital of tamilnadu. So the proposal will be more suitable and get more reach to the people. People in different states of India come to Chennai for education and Business. So this place will adopt more and not only Tamil people and other state people will use it to understand our culture.
