OUR EXPERIENCE WITH

MODULAR CONSTRUCTION

A multidisciplinary workflow that recognizes the value of efficiency. Our concern for end-to-end efficiency means that we are constantly looking for ways to deliver excellent solutions as quickly and inexpensively as possible modular construction is becoming an increasingly effective way for us to do this, no matter which type of material assembly you’re looking for.

The “modular” environment provides great conditions for quality construction. A controlled “modular” construction environment helps mitigate the likelihood of delays, lends itself to a highly productive workforce, supports safe working conditions, decreases construction waste, and offers a strong compatibility with BIM technologies.

Based on a sustainable manufacturing technique that helps minimize waste. Although construction materials with standard dimensions allow for a great deal of flexibility, their use generally yields a significant amount of waste. By closely tracking material consumption with the modular process builders can identify and mitigate inefficiency while also recovering and reusing a significant percentage of byproduct.

Modular construction can mean less time spent on site with rapid assembly. Because building modules are being constructed off-site in a relatively predictable environment they can be carefully produced while preparations to the building site are ongoing. As soon as the site is ready to receive the modules they can be quickly transported and rapidly assembled.
