Local business like YOU and AVON VALLEY are the largest employers nationally and provide the most new jobs to residents. Independent businesses are the largest contributors to LOCAL charities. Non-profit organizations receive an average of 250% more support from local suppliers than they do from non-locally owned businesses.
When you shop local, three times the revenue remains in your community, supporting parks, schools, and more!
Buying local reduces the use of fossil fuels and helps to protect the environment from harmful exhaust fumes. When you buy local, many products will not have traveled hundreds or even thousands of miles so you know you are receiving the freshest possible flowers.

Many people are choosing to get married this year because of their fascination with the 2011 Wedding Color Trends. These colors will have a soft vintage style that gives off a hint of fresh spring colors and at the same time will provide you with rich fall and winter accents.
Many of the spring colors of this year are motivated from different foliage that includes mint-green, sky blue, emerald, pink, dandelion yellow, and apple green.
For the summer, you will notice much brighter tints like orange, yellow, lavender, bright blue, coral, red, emerald and violet.
The fall and winter colors will have very rich shades that include all the earth tones and antique varieties. These shades include, dark crimson, olive green, chocolate brown, marigold, plum, fuchsia, royal purple, plum, burnt orange, and navy.

Accents for the 2011 wedding color trends will include your cool earth tones as a very big style this year. These colors will have different shades and mixtures of brown and gray, such as, charcoal, mocha, blue gray, and dark brown. Many of these shades will compliment an array of colors that will be very appealing to the eye. An example of this would be to take a cool earth tone with a bright and warm hue such as a dark emerald with a pink. Another example of this would be using coral and gray.
Along with a new year come new trends. Trends change, people’s style changes and we like to stay on top of it to have an up-to-date wedding. Brides love incorporating something unique and doing something that no ones ever seen before. So, why not do this through colors? Your wedding colors set the tone of your event. Incorporating them in your wedding ceremony, wedding bouquet, bridesmaid dresses and decorations, your wedding colors are everywhere. So, Wedding And Party Network is here to give you our top 2011 wedding colors of the year broken down into the seasons.
Of course, lets not forget about Pantone’s color of year which is honeysuckle. A gorgeous shade of pink is sure to add a touch of elegance to any wedding. This color is perfect for the girly brides out there, that love everything pink and lace. Gorgeous color combination when paired when neutrals like a cream or chocolate brown. However, if you want things a little brighter, it can be paired with a gorgeous orange or blue to play it up.
Lavender is a huge color trend for the spring season. Purple has been popping up more and more throughout weddings. It can show off the bride’s softer side and is great for people who enjoy pastels, while on the other hand, can be played up with more bold colors. Pair it with soft creams or nudes, alongside black and white to add a beautiful pop of color or silver or gray for a gorgeous pairing. Purple looks great paired with many colors and can be suitable for all types of weddings.

This color would be great for bridesmaid dresses and matching pocket squares and would look great throughout wedding flowers. A nice pastel, spring wedding color will make for a gorgeous wedding with whatever type of them you are going for.
Oh spring, the beginning of fresh new things. All things nature are back in full force. So, go with a beautiful green color to represent that in your wedding. A nature inspired wedding would be the perfect time to use this wedding color. This beautiful green would pair ideally with pink for that preppy style wedding, as well. A color that brings the life of nature to your wedding or a bit of preppiness, you decide which theme suits you best.
A lovely bright and summer color that would look great in any wedding is coral. A fun bright color that would absolutely amazing in any wedding. Coral is a huge trend right now, in everything. You can either tone it down or play it up with more bright colors. A great wedding color that’s perfect for the summer heat.
Beautiful blues will always be major wedding colors. Who doesn’t love blue? Exactly. Gorgeous navy is such a lovely color. Pair it with white, pink or even green to create a gorgeous pairing. Navy is a classic color, especially paired with white. There are so many lovely accents that you’ll be able to do with this color, your wedding will look gorgeous.
Doesn’t this color just scream summer? Beeswax is a popular color trend that would be great for a summer wedding. It’s bright, yellow and sunny; just like summertime. Pair it with the above colors to create a fantastic wedding color combination. You can plan up the bold and bright wedding or even incorporate it into a vintage, chic wedding.
A bright of colorful pop of color will be achieved by a bright orange. Orange is a great color for a fun wedding. It brings out the playfulness of your wedding. Pair it alongside a green, pink or yellow to create a rainbow color palette. Summer is all about those bright colors, so represent that through your wedding.
Gray is going to be a huge trend this year. It’s absolutely amazing, especially this slate gray. This color will absolutely add a touch of elegance to your wedding. Paired with a lovely lavender or white will make for a wonderful pairing. A color that would look great on every bridesmaid with a wonderful color accent from their wedding bouquets. This color is a must!
A beautiful deep, chocolate brown would be great for a Fall wedding. Pair it alongside a burnt orange or deep yellow to make the perfect pairing of Fall. The leaves are turning and everything in nature as well, so your wedding will fit right in with this color. It would make a wonderful main color or provide a great accent to any pop of color.

Whether duplicating realism or creating fantasy, our rich palette of hues fashions the color of blossom you need. Use these easy techniques and your resourcefulness for unlimited possibilities!
Spray any of the JUST FOR FLOWERScolors on a white or cream colored blossom to change it to that dye color. Additionally, you control the color value.
1 Simply apply a light mist for a soft color. (HYDRANGEA BLUE shown here)
2 Or deepen the color value created with a repeated misting of spray.
JUST FOR FLOWERS is translucent flower dye that instantly colors any flower…fresh or silk and dried botanicals…without concealing the blossom’s delicate details.

Remember mixing crayons as a kid? Use those same basic principles to design color on color combinations.
1 Select a dye and a flower whose colors are near each other on the color wheel. Using the JUST FOR FLOWERScolor as the deeper of the two, spray the blossom to see the analogous hue created. (LEMON on Lite Pink shown here)
2 Deepen the created color with additional mists of dye.
3 For a monochromatic color enhancement, brighten pale colored flowers with a misting of JUST FOR FLOWERS in the same hue as the pale blossom. (PINK PETUNIA enlivens Lite Pink shown here)
Complimentary colors mix to create brown hues, many of which are beautiful for the right situation. Try WILD ROSE on green cymbidiums to fashion a rich red-brown orchid.
Greenery is often the finishing touch on wedding flower arrangements. Wedding bouquets seem to come alive against a backdrop of lush green leaves and filler greens provide the
perfect counterpoint to centerpiece arrangements. Consider also adding a small sprig of greenery to boutonnieres and corsages to tie your wedding flowers together.

Leather Leaf Fact: Under the leatherleaf, you may see one step of leatherleaf’s reproductive system.
