(Available on select Toppers products) Full color, full detail imprints! PrismPrint is a high-tech process that allows complex designs and photographic images to be applied to cloth items. Artwork is screen printed onto a unique paper using specialized plastisol inks. The design is then transferred to cloth items such as t-shirts and bandanas using heat and pressure. The result is a vibrant, full-color design that can’t be achieved using traditional screen printing. PrismPrint is available on most fabrics including nylon, cotton, polyester and poly/cotton blends and is especially recommended for non-woven polypropylene. All PrismPrint pricing includes a 1-location imprint including FREE set-up, unless otherwise specified. For PMS color matching, please inquire.

All fonts must be converted to outlines (curves) to avoid font substitutions. If typesetting is required, indicate layout instructions (centered, flush left/right, all caps, upper/lower case, etc.) or art will be prepared for best appearance/printing on item. Transmission

We accept mailed in “camera-ready art’; this format is subject to review and may incur an art charge. Art must be flat, hi-resolution, black and white line art, to size. Art must be color-separated with proper registration marks; one piece for each color. To have artwork returned, you must include an addressed return envelope with proper postage with your request. Artwork will be retained for 13-months, and then discarded.

Unless otherwise specified, artwork will be maximized to fit the standard decoration size and placed in the standard decoration area. Unless otherwise stated on the order, we reserve the right to stack copy to achieve the best appearance for your imprint. Artwork will be held on file for 13 months. Repeat orders submitted after that time will require new artwork and set-up charges as applicable. Orders requesting custom imprints without acceptable artwork will NOT be eligible for special rush production services.

Orders • •

The following must be confirmed in writing: decorated orders, changes to blank or decorated orders, reorders. Please also include previous purchase order number and date where applicable. Changes to your order may result in changes to the original ship date.

Order Acceptance

All orders are binding upon the corporation only after acceptance by Camsing Global. To receive order acknowledgement, please provide an email address on the purchase order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Ink color changes within a minimum quantity run will incur a $30(G) charge per change.

Over- and Under-Runs

Factory reserves the right to ship orders +/- 5% of specified quantity. Shortages will not be fulfilled. Add $50(G) for exact quantity.

Quote may be requested for shipping via overland truck. We do not assume responsibility for time delays in transit. Factory responsibility ceases when merchandise is in the possession of the carrier. Camsing Global is not responsible for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay.

24-Hour Rapid Response

Most Camsing Global items are available with 24-hour rush service for no additional charge. To be eligible for this service, purchase orders must include complete order details accompanied with acceptable artwork. Rapid Response is available on catalog quantities and prices with 1-color, 1-location screen print or pad print in standard locations only. If received in accordance with the parameters listed below, the order will ship the next business day. • Complete order, including vector-based electronic artwork must be received at orders@camsingglobal.com with “Rapid Response” and purchase order number in subject line before 1:00pm EST. • Rapid Response and Promo Code RR must be designated on the order and in artwork submission. • Artwork e-mail must state: distributor name, contact name and phone number, purchase order number, item number(s), PMS color, format used. • Rapid Response timeline begins upon order confirmation/resolution, approved artwork & credit, and approval of proof if applicable. • Proofs will not be provided unless requested. If requested, proof will be returned by 3pm and must be approved by 5pm on the same day as order submission. • Maximum of three drop ships only. • Orders are subject to credit approval prior to acceptance. • FedEx is recommended. Custom carriers may be used. Please note: carrier’s availability for pick-up may impact lead times and, therefore, delivery date cannot be guaranteed. • Call for lead times for large quantities (over catalog end quantity), insertions or other special handling. • Camsing Global is not liable for delays due to acts of God or shipping carrier. GENERAL INFORMATION

Terms & Conditions

Please contact us within 5 days of product delivery for any shortages, damages or discrepancies. If you have a damaged shipment, original packaging must be retained for claim evaluation.

Cancellations • •

All cancellations must be in writing; verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Blank or decorated orders cancelled during production will be charged at the cost of material and labor expended to date, including shipping costs.

Product Warranties • • • • •

All Camsing Global products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the invoice date. Defective products may be returned for credit or replacement. Decorated products returned within 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and redecorated with original artwork free of charge. Decorated products returned after 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and returned undecorated. Warranty does not apply to products decorated by someone other than Camsing Global.

Returns

Please contact us within 5 days of product delivery for a return goods authorization number and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to the factory. • All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment and include an Camsing Global return authorization number. • Returns for blank goods not due to a Camsing Global error incur a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price plus any shipping costs. • Returns for decorated goods not due to a Camsing Global error will not be accepted. • Charges are posted to the customer’s current balance. • All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified as the correct product ordered before decorating. • For third parties, it is the decorator’s responsibility to verify shipments for style, quantity and color.

Disclaimer Policy • • • •

100% cotton fabric colors are not guaranteed to be colorfast. Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot. Due to manufacturing tolerances, all dimensions have acceptable variations. We are not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping or Customs interventions.

Product Color Variance

Due to the nature in materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches on repeat orders. Like-named colors in different materials may not be exact color matches. Camsing Global maintains an on-going effort to improve products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

Laundering

We cannot guarantee continuity of products if washed.

The artwork designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed in this catalog are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for, the owners of the artwork, designs or trademark. All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by the factory in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any such laws, and Camsing Global hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of the factory’s use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement.
