NOHO Athletic Center Autodesk Revit + V-Ray + AutoCAD + Adobe Illustrator + Adobe Photoshop This Athletic Center seeks to strengthen the relationship between architecture and the community of New York City. The design creates a sense of unity by utilizing multiple vertical and horizontal visual connections to bring together spaces inside and outside the building. These connections are achieved by exposing its circulation system to the street, using a semi-translucent polycarbonate façade system, and implementing terracing strategies throughout the design.

Seascape Hotel Autodesk Revit + Green Building Studio + Insight 360 + Lumion + Adobe Photoshop The Seascape Hotel is a mid-rise building located in Miami Beach, Florida. The design aims to tackle some of the world’s most pressing problems; climate change and sea-level rise. This building consists of a shortterm stay hotel that proposes a positive and long-term solution to this situation by being fully sustainable and Carbon-Neutral. This building is environmentally responsible and resourceful throughout its life cycle by using strategies for harvesting and reusing water and dealing with solar and thermal impacts. This design is adaptable to sea-level rise by superimposing an elevated promenade that creates a dynamic form of circulation on multiple levels above the dangers of flooding. This design aims to reduce the community’s vulnerability to the impacts of climate change and sea-level rise.

The Trish and Dan Bell Chapel Rhinoceros 3D + AutoCAD + Lumion + Adobe Photoshop + Adobe Illustrator The Trish and Dan Bell Chapel seeks to provide a multi-dimensional experience for students by combining architecture, nature, and spirituality. The new multi-faith chapel allows the Florida International University’s community to explore different spaces created for multiple events such as meetings, prayer, meditation, relaxation, and many more that encourage the engagement of the mind, body, and respective surroundings. This design intends to create such architecture that is embraced by nature in a perfect symbiosis, reframing human beings’ contact with their most instinctive sensation to create spaces that allow people to connect with nature and other forms of life.

Genova Cultural Center Rhinoceros 3D + AutoCAD + Adobe Illustrator + Adobe Photoshop
This Cultural Center serves as a complex that promotes culture and arts, seeking to provide a social space for the community to gather, share ideas and create. This is achieved with the addition of the program, which includes an auditorium, exhibition room, communal space, a cafe, a library, a piazza, and a garden. The design rehabilitates the ruined premises of a Church by superimposing a floating volume that connects new and existing spaces and the overall complex through views and circulation. The proposal is intended to enhance the existing building and create a communal landmark, a symbol of both the past and future aspirations.

Regenera Autodesk Maya + ZBrush + Rhinoceros 3D + Adobe Photoshop + Adobe Illustrator Collaboration with Ana Moreno
Regenera is a design that aims to bring to life the evolutionary trajectory of corals. Our philosophy is based on the concept of Reticulate Evolution, which focuses on the changes a species undergoes according to the geographical patterns and how they change over evolutionary time. Our design proves a module’s capability to adapt and become, live and grow, educate and raise awareness about corals and the natural world. It tests the grounds and seeks the opportunity to see the interaction between humans and non-humans.
