Super Spreader Heatsink Solution KML Super Spreader Heatsink is vapor chamber with heatsink fins, is also heatsink with embedded vapor chamber, which is the perfect combination of vapor chamber technology and traditional aluminum heatsink.
The vapor chamber of KML Super Spreader Heatsink includes heatsink base, device thermal interface, injected vacuum cleaning fluid, and interior structure in the cavity. The working fluid is evaporated in the heat source location of the cavity, and spreads to the whole space of the cavity, condensates on the surface of the cavity of heatsink side, and then evaporated again after flowing back to the
heat source position by the role of inner structure.
