It saves time and allows you to have more fun at the fair! Please be sure to include a phone number. • Raffle prizes will be displayed in the auditorium at the Country Fair on May 29. Each prize will have a container for tickets. You try to win prizes by putting a ticket (or a lot of tickets!) into that prize’s container. For example, if you have ten tickets, you can put them all toward one prize, put them toward 10 different prizes, or any other combination. • The raffle closes at 8:00 pm. Dr. DeYoung will start announcing winners at 8:15 pm outside at the Country Fair in the Cake Walk area. You do not need to be present to win, although we strongly encourage you to pick up your prize the night of the event. Names of all winners will be posted on the bulletin boards located in the main hall. You may collect your prize at the checkout tables starting at 8:20 pm. How the Silent Auction works • Silent Auction prizes will be located outside on the playground in a tent location along the Lower EL outer wall. • Bid sheets are provided next to each prize. Use your PHONE NUMBER to bid on any prize. • Bidding will close at 8:00. Highest Bid wins Prize. Bid High and Bid Often! • Check out starts at 8:20 pm. Winners will be posted by phone number outside the tent entrance. • Silent Auction prizes should be paid for and picked up the night of the event. Checkout will take place in the tent. All forms of payment (cash, check, credit card) are accepted. Where To Buy Raffle Tickets Tickets may be purchased using cash, check, or credit card. There are several options by which to purchase tickets: • Order online! Starting May 13, 2015, order raffle & fair tickets online. Then just pick them up at school the week of the event. • Purchase at school – before and after school - outside the main doors during the week of the event. • Purchase the night of the event, at tables in front of the school and on the playground. This option gets very busy! NOTE: Ticket sales will close at 7:45 pm during the event. Pre-Ordering Instructions Can’t make it on the night of the fair and want to bid on an auction item or purchase raffle tickets?
