Ginger or root ginger is the rhizome of the plant Zingiber officinale, consumed as a delicacy, medicine or spice. Raw Turmeric or locally known as “kalawag” is a rhizomatous herbaceous perennial plant of ginger family. John’s Ginger Powder with ingredients of ginger an d brown sugar comes in different flavors like Guyabano, Sam bong ( Alibhon) and Lemon Grass, packed in transparent plastic jar with a net weight of 300 grams and in plastic pouch in lesser grams ( 120 ,200). John’s Turmeric Powder with ingredients of turmeric and brown sugar comes in various flavor combination like Lemon Grass, Guyabano, Ginger, Sambong or just plain natural flavor.
