Step 1 Start Your Business Starting a Business Has Never Been So Easy 1. Become a Distributor. Complete a Unicity Distributor Application or go to www.Unicity.net/India to join online.

2. Place Your Product and Sales Tool Order. Place an order consistent with your goals and what you plan to achieve.

3. Set Your Goals. What do you want to achieve? When do you want to reach each rank in the compensation plan?

4. Make Your Commitments.

The way you get started sets the pattern for how everyone who joins your business organization will get started.

How committed are you to achieving your goals with your Unicity business? What blocks of time will you set aside each day to build your business?

5. Make a List of “Those You Know.� These will be the people to whom you want to introduce the Unicity business and products.

6. Start Working the System. With the help of your sponsor, put together your plan and get started.

Step 2 Invite People Invitation Process Your next step is to start inviting people to learn about the Unicity business and products. The progression highlighted below is the process you should follow when making your invitations over the phone. The same concept would also apply when inviting someone in person or through SMS.

1. Prepare for the Call.

Three Major Objectives of an Invitation 1. Arouse interest and curiosity so that people you invite will WANT to learn about the Unicity business. This is not the time to share information about the business or products. The purpose of the invitation is to schedule an appointment. 2. Create urgency so people will want to learn about the business AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 3. Gain a firm commitment on a time to meet if you are inviting them to a presentation. If you are requesting them to watch one or more of our videos, get a commitment on a definite time to follow up.

Find a location free of distractions where you can focus on making your calls.

2. Make the Call.

Select one of the best prospects from your list and make your invitation call.

3. Offer Your Invitation.

Follow the three major objectives of the invitation listed to the left. Do not go into details about the business or product. Simply schedule an appointment.

4. Gain a Firm Commitment.

• When scheduling a time to meet in-person, get a firm commitment on the time and place where you will meet. • When scheduling a time to follow up with someone who has agreed to watch one of our videos, schedule a firm time to talk again.

5. Get Off the Phone.

Once your appointment is set, thank the people for their time. Repeat the place and time of the appointment before hanging up. Then make the next call.

Step 3 Introduce the Business Presentation Options 1. One-on-One Presentation. Meet privately with one of your prospects to give a personal presentation. If you are new, ask your sponsor to join you.

2. Private Business Meeting. With this type of presentation, you will be inviting a small group of people to your home, office, or other location for a small group presentation.

3. Weekly Business Presentations. These meetings generally take place in hotels, banquet halls, private rooms in restaurants, or wherever meeting space is available and convenient.

4. Video Presentations. Request that your prospects watch one of Unicity's DVDs or online video presentations.

Identify Your Prospect's Reason for Considering the Business One of your objectives when meeting with people is to show them how this business can help them achieve their goals. Ask questions to determine a need, desire, or concern that the Unicity business can help them address. By understanding people's needs and desires you will be able to customize your presentation and comments so that you can show them how they can achieve their goals.

Step 4 Gain a Positive Decision The Four-Point Process to Gaining a Positive Decision 1. Determine Interest. After introducing the business, ask, “Does this sound like something you would be open to learning more about?”

2. Identify What Your Prospect Needs to Know to Make a Decision. If your prospect is open to learning more, ask, “What do you think you need to know more about to help you determine if this is right for you?” By understanding exactly what a person needs to know in order to make a decision, you can then focus your time discussing those points, rather than guessing what they need to know.

3. Provide the Information Requested in a Positive and Helpful Manner. After learning what your prospective business partners still think they need to know to make a decision, spend your time talking only about those points.

Know Your Next Step. If someone is interested in the business, but is not ready to make a decision, use one of the presentation options listed on page 4 to provide more information.

4. Ask for a Decision. After providing the information requested, simply ask, “Now that we have talked about each of the topics you wanted to learn more about, would you like to know your next step?” (If yes, explain how to get started.) WINNING

Step 5 Get Your New Partners Started Review the Six Steps to Getting Started With Your New Distributors 1. Become a Distributor. Take out the Unicity Distributor Application and fill out the form on behalf of your new business partner.

2. Place Your Product and Sales Tool Order. Based on your new partners' goals, help them place appropriate start-up orders.

3. Set Your Goals. Encourage your new business partners to write down their goals and discuss them with you. Review the Team Builder Bonus program and write down the dates that your new partner is committed to achieving each level.

4. Make Your Commitments.

Getting your new business partners started correctly will prove to be one of the most crucial steps to your success in building a team of business owners.

Ask your new partners how committed they are to achieving their goals? Then ask them what windows of time they can block out each day to build their businesses.

5. Create a List of “Those You Know.” Encourage your new business partners to begin making a list of all their friends and acquaintances—without forming any opinion or making any judgment about their interest or potential.

6. Start Working the System. Put together a plan to help your new Distributors get started working the system immediately. The sooner you get your new partners started, the sooner they will start seeing positive results. SUCCESS
