KNAUF DEFLECTION HEAD FIRE SEAL (DHFS)

Knauf Knauf Deflection Head Fire Seal is an elastic polyurethane foam with intumescent additives used to provide an effective fire and acoustic barrier in the construction of drywall partition deflection head details. Lightweight, clean and easy to handle this single component provides a faster, more efficient solution than traditional methods, with minimal waste. Maximum deflection allowance 25mm downward. Designed for indoor use in dry conditions.

Knauf Deflection Head Fire Seal

Knauf Deflection Head Fire Seal have a fixed internal width for use with 52mm, 62mm, 72mm and 94mm wide Knauf Deep Flange ‘U’ Channel in the construction of a partition deflection head detail.

Knauf Deflection Head Fire Seal Ws

Knauf Deflection Head Fire Seal WS has a central perforation allowing it to be separated into two. For use on the outer edges of Knauf Deep Flange ‘U’ Channels used in the construction of partition deflection head details of twin wall systems. It may also be used with 148mm wide Knauf Deep Flange ‘U’ Channel. This product incorporates an adhesive strip to ensure positive location to the partition head track.

KNAUF INTUMESCENT AND ACOUSTIC MASTIC

Knauf Intumescent and Acoustic Mastic is a rapid curing, water-based acrylic expanding fire resistant mastic. It can be used for linear joint sealing. Colour: Blue.

Knauf Putty Pads

Sheets of intumescent, mouldable putty designed for use inside and outside plastic electrical sockets. Is fire rated for of up to 2 hours and has an acoustic rating of up to 60dB(Rw) within Knauf systems.

6. Jointing

Our powdered and ready-mixed jointing range has been developed to give the best possible results and comply with BS EN 13963:2014. It is the ideal choice when bedding tapes and beads, and finishing joints. Can be hand or machine applied. Knauf jointing products give you a smooth finish and are easy to sand.
