* We define light colours as the following:

RAL: 1013, 1014, 1015, 7035, 7047, 9001, 9002, 9010, 9016, 9018

NCS: If the first 2 digits are less than or equal to 10 and the second 2 digits are less than or equal to 10 (e.g. S0510-Y, S0505-B20G, S1010-R60B) OR If the last 2 digits = 00, then the first 2 digits may be up to 15 (e.g. S1500 N)
