Our Agents Network comprises of a twotier system which first focusses on the initial introduction to Knight Knox and then the ongoing support that we will provide to our agents. Our business development manager works closely with our agents to ensure that they are happy with the products we provide and that they understand our processes, as well as coming up with a personal marketing plan that is tailored to each of our agents.

Step one: Introductory Consultation We will arrange an introductory consultation where our business development manager will get in touch and discuss what you would like to achieve by working with us, as well as selecting the developments that will be available to your team.
Step two: Agency Agreement Following the initial consultation, we will send out the Agency Agreement, as well as an addendum for the developments you wish to sell.

Step three: Agents Portal Finally, you will be given access to the Agents Portal once the terms of business have been agreed by all parties which will give you access to all of the resources needed to sell our products.

Knight Knox has a team of specialist After-Sales Consultants who are on hand to advise our clients and ensure that each transaction runs as smoothly as possible - from when the reservation was made to when the transaction completes. Our friendly and professional After-Sales Consultants will liaise with solicitors on behalf our clients to ensure that all queries are satisfactorily answered, all documentations are signed by the relevant parties and all necessary funds are paid in a timely manner. Our consultants will also keep all clients updated on the status of their investment, as well as check documents, planning permission and construction progress.
