Mass Defined: Is
the sacrifice of the new law in which Jesus through the ministry of a priest offers himself to God in an unbloody manner under the appearance of bread and wine. Sacred action by which Jesus makes Himself present under the appearance of bread and wine
The Mass 
Purpose of Mass:  To
perpetuate through the centuries the sacrifice of the Cross, to make it present in a sacramental form that enables all people, in all times and places, to participate in it, on condition of an act of living faith

Chalice The
cup of precious metal that holds the consecrated wine – the precious Blood of Christ

plate on which the Host is laid. It is made to fit the chalice

The incense burner swung on chains during the mass, procession, & Eucharistic Adoration. The incense boat is the container of the incense to be offered
Monstrance
The vessel in which the consecrated Host is exposed for adoration
