Day One

Meet at the Vinoy Marina | 502 5th Ave NE
For those participating in our fishing tournament, we will be meeting at the Vinoy Marina (502 5th Ave NE, St. Petersburg) located just out front of The Vinoy Resort hotel entrance. Coffee and ChickFil-A biscuits will be provided for breakfast, and you will be notified of your fishing pairs (4 people for boat). Each boat will be equipped with plenty water, your alcoholic beverage of choice, and a sandwich selection for lunch. Please be sure to come prepared for inclement weather and bring any other essentials you may need for the day (neck gator, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, etc.). We will have 6 hours of fishing to compete for the largest catch between a variety of species (announced that day) and will conclude with awards back at the marina. Our goal is to have you back at the hotel for a brief break before the evening festivities.
Meet at The Vinoy Resort Hotel Rear Entrance | 501 5th Ave NE
Kicking off our evening, the bus will be departing The Vinoy Resort hotel (501 5th Ave NE, St. Petersburg) at 6PM. Please meet the team in the lobby of The Vinoy Resort as the bus will be parked out back. We'll head to the St. Pete Pier Beach Bistro (501 2nd Ave NE, St. Petersburg) to start the evening with drinks overlooking both the Tampa Bay waters and downtown skyline. Following drinks, the bus will take us on a short ride to dinner at Rococo Steak (655 2nd Avenue South, St. Petersburg). We expect to be en route back to The Vinoy Hotel around 10PM that evening.
Day Two
7 AM
Meet at The Vinoy Resort Hotel Rear Entrance | 501 5th Ave NE
For those wishing to use the bus transportation for golf, we will be leaving The Vinoy Resort hotel (501 5th Ave NE, St. Petersburg) at 7AM towards the Vinoy Golf Club (600 Snell Isle Blvd NE, St. Petersburg). Please meet the team in the lobby of The Vinoy Resort as the bus will be parked out back. During travel time, we will announce golf pairing and foursomes. Lunch will be hosted at the Vinoy Golf Club and we plan to head back to The Vinoy Resort at approximately 1:30PM.

To begin the night, we'll head to The Pier Beach Bistro, located on the St. Pete Pier. The Bistro offers a full bar where we will enjoy pre-dinner cocktails, a gorgeous view and enjoy The Pier.
Following cocktails, we head to Rococo Steak for dinner. In a 1920s manse, this baroque-chic steakhouse serves grass-fed beef, seafood, small plates & wine.

Departing out of the Vinoy Marina located at the host hotel, we have hired Tampa Bay's top Charter Captains for a day of Tampa Bay fishing. Fishing equipment will be provided by the Captains and food (breakfast, lunch, and drinks) will be provided by Colliers.

We'll be teeing off from one of the Tampa area’s most picturesque courses, Vinoy Golf Club. Located just a few miles north of our Host Hotel, each hole is surrounded by vegetation, including pines, live oaks and a variety of palms. This championship 18-hole golf course was designed by famed architect Ron Garl, the course will delight golfers of all skill levels.

What costs am I responsible for?
Colliers ask that you cover the cost of your travel to Tampa and lodging at the host hotel. Wednesday morning through lunch on Thursday, Colliers will take care of all your transportation, food, and drink needs; fishing and golf will also be taken care of. If you are golfing, we ask that you bring your own clubs.
When should I fly in?
Depending on your objectives for coming to Central Florida, you may be interested in flying in early. For our event, we advise arriving on Tuesday (November 12th), given th early start on Wednesday morning.
What’s the dress code?
Like everything on our team, very casual! Dinner will be in downtown Saint Petersburg but a dress shirt and shorts will still be perfectly acceptable.
What do I need to bring with me for the golf/boat outing?
Boats will be fully equipped with fishing gear, food, and drink, but we do advise on versatile clothing to prepare for inclement weather; we recommend bringing a hat and sunglasses as well.

Colliers will be taking care of breakfast and lunch on both Wednesday and Thursday, and of course hosting everyone for dinner on Wednesday evening.
What happens if the weather is in question?
For our evening festivities on Wednesday, mass transportation will be provided. The hotel offers a shuttle to the golf course on Thursday morning.
Outside of dangerous conditions, we will plan to move forward with the entire event as outlined. We highly suggest bringing a second change of clothes and/or a rain jacket on the bus during the fishing tournament.
