Rachel Flichel is the Executive Director for Dress for Success Boise Valley. Dress for Success is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower and serve low-income women allowing them to enter the workforce with style, confidence and hope for the future.
Rachel is a passionate leader and driving force in promoting the economic and social development of women throughout Idaho. Her primary goal is for every woman to have access to the resources and tools necessary to succeed in the workplace and in life.
Rachel is also a dedicated wife and mother of two. Her passion for making an impact and serving others extends beyond her work with Dress for Success and can be seen in her professional career as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at O2 Real Estate Group.
