The Wedge on Western reinvents the ubiquitous strip mall for a fast-growing area of Sioux Falls, SD. The 17,000 s.f. building shell provides tenants a unique sawtooth profile and plan to maximize storefront area. Several fitness and health-type businesses have already been relocated to the Wedge, fulfilling the owners wishes to attract environmentally sensitive building tenants and customers. It is the first building to be clad in Corten steel in the Sioux Falls area, others are now following through experimentation with accents.

The cedar brise soleils provide partial shade over the east and south facing windows. Patios with cedar-structure trellises compliment the north and south building ends.
