Stockwell has been located in various downtown leased spaces during it’s 36-year existance, and has now found its permanent home in the Warehouse District of Sioux Falls. The firm provides civil engineering, landscape architecture and surveying services and has been invovled in many of the City’s civil projects to revitalize the area.
Stockwell’s vision was for an office building with great employee amenities, breathtaking views of Falls Park, and continued downtown development. Many of the sites in the area have required remediation including this parcel at 2nd and Phillips Avenue.
