When King Gwanghae falls ill, a drunken nobleman who bears a stark resemblance to him must maintain order by taking his place on the throne

A beautifully animated coming-of-age story of Jung, a Korean boy who must deal with growing up with his adoptive family and life in Belgium

Having ruled for 8 years, King Gwang-hae begins to suspect someone within the royal court is conspiring to assassinate him. An illiterate and drunken nobleman Hasun, who looks remarkably like the King, is recruited to double for him and sit on the throne. When the King is suddenly poisoned, Ha-sun must stand in for the monarch and maintain order. In a role well beyond his capabilities, Ha-sun begins to ponder if the court’s decision are for the good of the people.

Born in Korea but raised by adoptive parents, Jung finds himself in Belgium as a result of the Korean War. A badly behaved child, he acts out as he struggles to fit in with his community and surroundings. As a result Jung retreated into the world of drawing which turned his life around. Years later we see him return to Korea to see whether he can feel at home there and perhaps also find his birth mother.

광해, 왕이 된 남자

A Joseon Dynasty twist on The Prince and The Pauper fable, Lee Byung-hun plays dual roles in this critically acclaimed period blockbuster that received an amazing 15 Daejong Film Awards, including Best Film!

A dark mystery about a group of elite high school seniors who go to extremes to gain acceptance into prestigious universities

The 18th feature from director Kim Ki-duk, that focuses on the relationship between a brutal debt collector and a woman who claims to be his mother

Joon (Lee Da-wit) is a new transfer at a well-regarded high school. When he discovers a secretive study group consisting exclusively of the school’s top achieving students, he is determined to join them. In a world where you must do anything to get ahead, he soon finds himself designated a series of missions to perform in order to gain acceptance. When a student is killed, and Joon becomes the prime suspect, we see him set on a destructive path you won’t soon forget. Pluto is a riveting thriller that presents an extreme look at the lengths people will go to be at the top of the class.

Hired by moneylenders, Kang-do leads a merciless life with no sense of sympathy for his victims. He tortures, maims and does whatever is necessary to those that have not paid their debts. His life soon changes when a woman claiming to be his mother appears at his doorstep. He coldly rejects her at first, but gradually accepts her into his life. When the mother disappears, Kang-do searches relentlessly...

Director Shin Su-won beautifully entwines the fate of Pluto, evicted from the planetary makeup of the solar system, with a tale of high school bullying and social pressures. Q&A with director Shin Su-won, producer Lim Chung-geun & actress Kim Kko-bbi (SYDNEY)

Pieta continues Kim Ki-duk’s (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter... and Spring, 3-Iron) focus on marginal characters in a beautifully crafted, dark tale. Kim has garnered many awards for his direction, and Jo Min-soo’s performance of the estranged mother is a must-see. A music teacher helps a talented yet troubled youth fulfil his dreams of becoming a world class singer in this inspirational true story

A fascinating look behind the gloss and glamour of Korean pop music, told through the eyes of emerging girls group Nine Muses

Sang-jin was once a promising opera singer in Italy, until a throat tumour put an end to his chance of stardom. Having lost all ambition to sing, he now lives out his dreams through his promising music students at a small Arts High School. One day a teenage mob boss Jang-ho transfers into his class, and the two develop a strong bond. When conflict arises between two gangs in town, Sang-jin challenges Jang-ho to overcome the troubles of his past and fulfil his destiny as a world-class vocalist.

After initially sweeping through Asia, Korean pop music has now taken the world by storm led by the likes of SNSD, JYP and PSY. Take a look behind the scenes of the formation and debut of the 9 member girl group, Nine Muses, in a documentary that gives a glaring insight into the world of K-pop. Follow a year long journey with the Model Idols, as they have been called, and their management label, the relatively small in stature Star Empire, leading up to the group’s debut and emergence in the K-pop charts. Covering everything from dance lessons, recording sessions and the physical and psychological toll on the girls, the film reveals the lengths the girls must go to achieve their dream, to become K-Idols.

Based on the life of Kim Ho-joong, who 1st appeared on the Korean variety show Star King.

Yun-jung decides phone sex may revive her loveless relationship, only for a fortunate misdial to lead her on a new path of love!

Yun-jung (Kim Ah-joong, 200 Pounds Beauty, KOFFIA2010), an impatient girlfriend in a failing relationship, tries to spice up her love life by making an R-rated phone call to her boyfriend, only to discover the voice on the other end is a complete stranger! Hyun-seung, the man on the other end of the line, is brought out of his depression by this fortunate misdial.

Jump to the present day, Seo-yeon tracks Seung-min down to request that he re-design her old house for her on Jeju Island. As the two work together once again, they relive old memories and reignite buried feelings. A seminal melodrama that will capture your hearts as we witness the passion and heartache between Seung-min and Seo-yeon.
