Customers receive a two-year guarantee as standard from us on specific parts of KOGA e-bikes (wear items are excluded) and in addition a lifelong warranty on the frame, as well as a 10 year guarantee on the paintwork. With a KOGA e-bike you can be assured that KOGA will be able to deliver spare parts for the bike for many years.
The battery pack too has a two year guarantee as standard, irrespective of the number of charge cycles. KOGA advises that whenever possible, the bike be connected to the charger: the system is protected against overcharging.
