From humble things like gum wrappers to huge things like billboards to the T-shirts you are wearing, graphic design informs, persuades, organizes, stimulates, locates, identifies, attracts attention and gives pleasure.

Identify myself
When I was thinking about my promo and personal logo first of all I created this letter K logo, because my surname begins with the letter K. It was an easy decision and looks interesting. I tried to play with different textures,colours,patterns. But later it came to my mind,that it wasn’t the best way to show who I am. So, my new concept was to create a logo that could be used in different contexts, and it would still be recognizable. I also thougt about variability and clarity.

This is my personal logo.
Photos change the meaning of the logo, but don’t destroy it. They depend on what exactly I want to do now or what kind of mood I’m going to show.

Booklet about the Hagin Type face by Font fabric
Hagin is a new serif free font from Font fabric constructed with strong geometric forms in ”old school” style. Applicable for any type of graphic design – web, print, motion graphics etc and perfect for t-shirts and other items like posters, logos. I created an ad booklet about this type.

Bohemique Fall 2012 BOHEMIQUE is not a regular fashion label. Originating from Russia, it consists of two designers whose identities remain completely anonymous to the public.That’s the first thing that attracted my attention – the enigmatic quality. And you see it in their designs – dark, gothic, yet sensual and romantic. I fell in love with their dresses and made an identity for one of the BOHEMIQUE collections.

Identity for Exhibition “The Golden Chain” Identity for the kids exhibition held at the Anna Akhmatova Museum at the Fontain House in St Petersburg which was devoted to Alexander Pushkin (a famous Russian poet who is considered by many to be the greatest Russian writer and the founder of modern Russian literature). The conception of this exhibition was to show kids Pushkin’s poetry in a new funny way and to try to attract their attention to his writings - fairytales, dramas and etc. So it was one of my first real projects and for this exhibition I created not only identity, but also some games.

Game № 1 is about different clothes of the 19th century. Children have to find a picture which is combined with an excerpt from a poem.There are some tips at the reverse side of the cards which could help them to make the right decision. Game № 2 is another version of famous memory game, but instead of usual pictures I put poetic meters there, so that a child could not only play, but also learn something new about poetry.
