Our Missions : - Facilitate access to China opportunities for European SME & SMI requiring high quality, lower cost and small quantities. - Produce mechanical (precision) parts, tools, subassemblies and special equipment according to customer drawings and technical descriptions. - Cost reduction without any loss of quality, and without any impact on part function. - Physical manufacturing in China with European standards for quality and production management on small to middle quantities (1 to 10.000 parts/year). - Act as an expert service method and integrated workshop in China.
Our resources : - Workshop for machining, cutting, stamping, assembling and tests. - A network of more than 30 partners in China over the last 10 years for methods such as (but not limited to): surface treatment, forging, casting, structural welding, pressure vessel welding, plastic injection, etc. - More than 10 years experience in production of mechanical / electrical critical components in China. - Our team of 10 Chinese and European engineers is expert in mechanical manufacturing method, workshop management, cost optimization, quality management. - Competences in different methods, like: plastics, metallurgy, mechanical, electrical, microm chanics, automation, etc. - Experience in different sectors: medical, railway, construction, aerospace, machine tools, chemical and pharmaceutical, special equipment and production processes.
Our Productions: - Industrial hardware, (AQL 2.5, about 250 references, 2 million pcs./year). - Special brushless motors for medical equipment (AQL 0.65, about 10 references, 30.000 pcs./year). - Welded assemblies such as platforms, structure parts (about 25 references, 2000 units / year). - Castings / forgings with machining and treatments, small parts made of special alloys for the aerospace industry (about 10 references, 50.000 pcs. / year).

Manage all steps of shipping and custom clearance (DDP).
Other Activities - Implementation and management of your production in China: we define and implement all tasks necessary to start your workshop. - Startup and develop sales networks in China: thanks to our relationships with local industries and government, we are able to set up business networks for SME’s on the Chinese market. - Support for external operations: installation, modification and integration of equipment for final users in local workshops in Asia.

Working with Konaxis-Tech For each part and sub-assembly to produce, please send to contact@konaxis-tech.com: - Drawing in PDF, CAD or 3D, or a sample. - Description of the required functions, critical dimensions - Price target. - Yearly quantities to produce and number of deliveries. From these information we will propose an optimized fabrication process with related cost within 5 to 15 days (depending on the complexity of your required parts or production prozess).
