In a small bowl, mash banana and mix with applesauce and coconut oil. Combine both mixtures until moist. 3 cups oats 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 cup pumpkin puree 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon dried ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 eggs Flour for rolling out cookies

Grind the oats in a food processor and pulse it fine as possible. Add oat flour, pumpkin, peanut butter, spices, baking powder, and eggs to a mixing bowl then blend on medium speed until fully incorporated. If needed, add a tablespoon of flour to help remove moisture for easier rolling. Roll out in between wax paper sheets and cut with cookie cutters or shape into your pups favorite treat. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a rack. Store in airtight container or in the freezer.
