PASCAL In 1995 Pascal Dupuy opened his first patisserie in a building of preservation in Tollbugata 11 in Oslo. This is where you will find the company’s heart, where Pascal with his employees creates all the amazing cakes with his secret recipes. RESTAURANT NI&TYVE You will find the restaurant Ni&Tyve just behind the Royal Palace in a venerable building from 1847. The composer Halvdan Kjerulf was one of the early occupants of Parkveien 29, and he hosted other famous artists such as Henrik Wergeland and Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson. In 1913 the building was bought by Bertel O.Steen and was used by his family until 1985. The building and its history has layed the foundation for Restaurant Ni&Tyve when it comes to concept, interior and the outdoor seating area. The menu consists of classical dishes made with supreme quality. This is a place you can go on a tuesday for a main course and a drink, as well as for special occations.
