what is a ‘wetland adventure’ anyway? imagine a leisurely float along the winding columbia wetlands below the towering rocky mountains. breathtaking views, knowledgeable guides and entertaining stories!

what if the weather is unfavourable? we run our tours rain or shine. in fact, overcast or cool weather often enhances wildlife visibility. we supply ponchos and umbrellas for the rainy moments. will we see wildlife? you can bet that wildlife will see you, and we will work together to spot them! what should we bring? a camera is a must! also, bring a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses. be prepared for all types of weather as conditions can change quickly in the mountains. additional trip details: all tours are self-drive to the meeting places. gst is added to all columbia wetlands adventures prices. cancellation policy: columbia wetlands adventures requires 48 hours notice of cancellations or changes. for ‘no-shows’, cancellations, or changes made within 48 hours of the departure, the guest will be charged for the vacant seats. all participants are required to sign a liability waiver. columbia wetlands adventures reserves the right to alter or cancel a tour for any reason (i.e. river conditions). if cancelled, we will offer to reschedule or provide a refund.
