装货/卸货系统 LOADING/UNLOADING SYSTEMS FOR GOODS 标准型设备：设计并生产来保障装卸货的安全性及避 免热损失。 此项系统包含3部分:将货物运从货车运至仓库的液压 升降平台;手动/电动关闭的滑升门；覆盖和连接车位 与仓库的门罩。 Standard equipment, designed and manufactured to guarantee safety during loading/unloading operations and avoid expensive thermal dispersion. “The system consists of three parts: the electrohydraulic dock leveller to move the goods back and forth from vehicle to warehouse; the manual/electric sectional door for closing; the dock shelter which is used to cover and connect the rear part of the vehicle to the warehouse.

装货/卸货平台 LOADING/UNLOADING DOCK LEVELLERS 装卸平台用来调整运输车辆与仓库月台之间的高度 差， 起到桥梁作用。制造材料坚固结实，能满足不同负载， 符合EC标准。 Dock Levellers are designed and manufactured with the aim to create a movable bridge between the load- ing/ unloading area and the surface of a vehicle, level- ling out differences in height. Materail used for manufacturing is robust having to bear considerable weights and is in conformance to EC standards.

带嵌入式框架的卸货平台安装步骤 EMBEDDED FRAME FOR RAMP
安装程序 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 该卸货平台的安装方式是直接安装在已做好的地坑中 This system allows to make a pit for the ramp in an independent way without separate frames. 1 浇注混凝土坑位，并在准确位置预埋L型角铁 1 First prepare the pit in concrete with a bottom and side walls, then make a final layer of the floor providing ‘L’ protective steel profiles around the edges of the pit. 2 将卸货平台放入坑位，通过膨胀螺栓以及焊接 将平台与坑位紧密相接 2 Position the ramp which will be fixed to the bottom of the pit and welded to the rear steel profiles.

安装程序 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 与传统的地坑设置方式相比，这种卸货平台的安装方 式更为节省时间和材料。 This system allows to save both time and material normally needed to create a pit in a traditional way. 1 准备混凝土基础 1 First prepare the base in concrete. 2 将模具嵌入地坑安装 2 Position the mould on the base and fix it. 3 准备做地坑的最终表面做处理 3 Provide for filling around the mould then for final floor layer.

门罩 DOCK SHELTERS 当车辆从月台装卸时，门罩会覆盖住车辆。 坚固的支撑镀锌钢结构能承受由操作失误造成的冲击 力，外层覆盖耐磨防火的PVC材料。 前板可根据用途和尺寸大小选用不同材质。 Dock shelters cover the vehicle when loading from the platform. They consist in strong carrying frames, designed to absorb crashes due to wrong manoeuvres and are covered with sheets in robust, fire retardant polyester/ PVC. The front flaps can be supplied in different material according to their use and to the size of the door.

悬挂式门罩 RAISED DOCK SHELTERS 此型号门罩有两种配置，可避免仓库和室外空气交换的热损失， 提高人体舒适度并节省能源。 基本型KDR S可满足不同场合需求、经济高效。 伸缩型KDR P满足客户不同需求（非标准装载空间，特殊建筑结构等）。 此外，有多款颜色可选，以搭配不密封环境。 This model is proposed in two different configurations and is ideal to avoid heat exchange between the inside of the warehouse and the outside, besides improving comfort of personnel and saving energy. Basic model KDR S, is designed to satisfy general requirements and combines excellent functionality with contained costs. The pantograph model KDR P can be built according to Customer’s specific needs (like suiting non-standard loading spaces or particular architectural structures) and may be supplied in different colours to match with the architectural environment.

隧道式门罩 DOCK TUNNEL 隧道式门罩与KDR有相似的功能，隧道式门罩为库房和货车之前 的搭接提供便利。 隧道式门罩虽然与KDR型号尺寸一致（高、宽相同），但与月台之 间保持一定进深。 另外还有坡度型，手动倾斜型等特殊产品。 The dock tunnel for loading bays has the same function as the previously illustrated KDR dock shelters, but are designed for directly connecting the warehouse to the vehicle in the presence of a loading bay which stretches out beyond the building. This dock tunnel although keeping same frontal sizes (in height and width) as the KDR Model, may be longher by stretching out to tincorporate the dock leveller. There are also special models available for angle docks or with manual ramps built onto the edge of the dock itself.

装卸货房 DOCK HOUSE 该系列的产品是用于在普通月台不具备开挖地坑的情况下，直接与月台连接， 卸货房的主体结构均为镀锌钢架，可以由保温墙板或者PVC材料包裹，在运 输和装卸货过程中起到良好的保温和密封效果。 This model is used to cover and seal loading doors, and is positioned over an existing loading bay in cement or steel. It consist of a hot galvanized steel frame covered by sandwich panels with a length that provides covering the rear part of the lorries during loading/unloading operations.
