The intuitive Nest thermostat learns how to maintain the temperature to your liking over the first couple of weeks of usage. It can also detect when no one is home to conserve energy and you can adjust the temperature while on the road from your mobile device.
UniKey CEO Phil Dumas received funding from Kevin O’Leary and Mark Cuban of CBC’s Sharktank and later collaborated with Kwikset to get this fabulous product up and running. Using your iPhone or the included Bluetooth key fob you can simply tap the lock with your finger to unlock it. Send an electronic key to your dog walker, in-laws and friends with full or restricted access using the Kevo mobile app.
