Pineapple Green Dream Smoothie

Ingredients

2 tbsp. hulled hemp seeds

2 cups spinach

4 rings pineapple

½ cucumber

1 banana

3 ice cubes

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
