BREÑA

INTRODUCCIÓN

Breña es un distrito en el cual no se ha tenido una propuesta urbana, que beneficie a las personas, comercio, vivienda, áreas verdes, entre otros. También, tiene mucha contaminación sonora, visual y ambiental y todo esto siendo un distrito pequeño, ya que solo cuenta con 320 Ha a comparación de otros.

En el siguiente documento se describe la propuesta de diseño arquitectónico, paisajista y urbanístico para el distrito de Breña.

En primer lugar se dará a conocer los análisis del contexto que sufre el distrito respecto a su entorno.

En segundo lugar se dará a conocer los beneficios que se podrán obtener con una buena propuesta, ya sea en mejoras de avenidas, calles, parques, entre otros.

Finalmente se podrá dar conclusión de como benefició la propuesta urbana como mejoramiento para el distrito de Breña

02 ANÁLISIS DEL CONTEXTO

En este análisis se mapeo con diferentes colores, las vulnerabilidades de cada zona, ya sea por delincuencia, viviendas en mal estado, inseguridad ciudadana, a partir de ello no permite diagnosticar que zona se ve más vulnerable o afectada, para realizar una intervención de mejora.

PROPUESTA URBANA

En la propuesta urbana se planteó un mejoramiento de un sector en específico del distrito de Breña, en el cual se tomó en cuenta viviendas en mal estado para un nuevo uso e implementación de áreas verdes, también conjunto residencial para reubicar a las personas.

El sector que se intervendrá abarca 50.52 Ha de 320 Ha que es el total del distrito de Breña.

Los lugares a intervenir se muestran en la imagen y su leyenda para poder identificarlos adecuadamente.

Se consideró doble vía ya que es una vía interdistrital, y consideramos un carril para buses

Consideramos una ciclovía un carril para buses y dos para automoviles

Esta propuesta tiene como objetivo principal fortalecer el flujo en la calle Portugal, ya que se podía observar el comercio informal, creamos zonas de recreación como bancas, y modulos de ventas que tiene es más eficaz que tener un carril de automóvil, de tal manera se hace un recorrido más agradable para la peatonalización.

INTRODUCTION

Breña is a district in which there has not been an urban proposal that benefits people, commerce, housing, green areas, among others. Also, it has a lot of noise, visual and environmental pollution and all this being a small district, since it only has 320 Ha compared to others.

The following document describes the architectural, landscape and urban design proposal for the district of Breña.

In the first place, the analyzes of the context that the district suffers with respect to its surroundings will be announced.

Secondly, the benefits that can be obtained with a good proposal, whether in improvements to avenues, streets, parks, among others, will be announced.

Finally, it will be possible to conclude how the urban proposal benefited as an improvement for the Breña district.

GREEN AREAS IN THE DISTRICT OF BREÑA ARE VERY SPARSE

BREÑA IS A DISTRICT IN WHICH INFORMALITY IS AT VERY HIGH LEVELS.

CONTEXT ANALYSIS

EIn this analysis, the vulnerabilities of each area were mapped with different colors, whether due to crime, housing in poor condition, citizen insecurity, from which it is not possible to diagnose which area is most vulnerable or affected, in order to carry out an improvement intervention.

URBAN PROPOSAL

In the urban proposal, an improvement of a specific sector of the district of Breña was proposed, in which housing in poor condition was taken into account for a new use and implementation of green areas, as well as a residential complex to relocate people.

The sector that will be intervened covers 50.52 Ha of 320 Ha, which is the total of the district of Breña.

The places to intervene are shown in the image and its legend to be able to identify them properly.

It is considered a double lane since it is an interdistrict road, and we consider a bus lane

We consider a bike lane one lane for buses and two for cars

The main objective of this proposal is to strengthen the flow on Portugal Street, since informal commerce could be observed, we created recreation areas such as benches, and sales modules that have more efficiency than having a car lane, in such a way that it makes a more pleasant route for pedestrianization.
