GENERAL INFORMATION MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION Annual membership at the Keller Senior Activities Center (KSAC) includes access to classes, programs, trips, and special activities. The center is open to anyone 55 and older. MMOW LUNCH PROGRAM Metroport Meals on Wheels provides a nutritional lunch program at noon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please call 817.743.4370 to make a reservation for lunch. Reservations are taken by noon the previous day. Lunch prices: $3 suggested donation. Monthly menus are posted at the center.
SENIOR SERVICES Transportation The Northeast Transportation Service (NETS) offers door-to-door transportation services to residents who are disabled or 55 and above. Trained drivers are available to assist passengers in getting on and off the vehicles. Please call 817.336.8714 to schedule your trip. Cost is $1.50 per one way trip. www.ridenets.com Meals on Wheels A volunteer advocate for the elderly. Meals on wheels provide home-delivered meals on Monday through Friday to the homes of those who are unable to cook for themselves. Service can be on-going or short term to provide assistance during times of need. TECHNOLOGY New User Computer Class This class will introduce you to your personal computer. The basics will be covered, exploring the Windows operating system. There will be hands-on activities; practicing on the keyboard and mouse as well.
Internet Computer Class Introduction to the Internet including understanding browsers, using search engines for research, sending and receiving email and downloading files. Students should have a basic understanding of the computer.
Intermediate Computer Class Intermediate Computer class will introduce you to a more advanced level of the New User Class. You will learn how to set up your desktop to meet your needs, explore Word and Excel programs.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS CLASSES Tai Chi for Your Life
Chinese Art of Tai Chi includes the principles of movement, breathing balance and energy. This class is slow and gentle, suitable for those that may have limited range of motion. No special equipment or experience is required. Please wear loose fitting clothes and flat bottomed shoes.

Have a blast getting FIT with this low impact workout designed specifically to help improve strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Free weights, elastic bands and other props will be used during class. Please bring a water bottle and wear loose fitting clothes. Closed toe shoes are required.

Zumba Gold is a fitness program with a safe and effective total body workout creating a party like atmosphere with modifications for success. It uses exciting International rhythms and brings them to the active older adult. The class is exhilarating, easy and effective, great for the mind, body, and soul.
Participants will move their bodies through a complete series of seated and standing Yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures. The class is designed to create awareness, enhance balance, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and increase mental clarity.
