All made in the USA, furniture in this program includes sofas, sectionals, sleepers, chairs, ottomans, dining chairs, bar / counter stools, beds and benches -- all available with over 2,000 upholstery options in varying textures boasting durability, cleanability, functionality and style.

Kravet SMART QuickShip Program Terms & Conditions

We are pleased to be able to offer our customers a line of QuickShip furniture options, featuring more than 100 Kravet SMART furniture frames which can be paired with a designated selection of 100+ fabrics (“QuickShip Furniture”).

Ordering:

All orders and communications with respect to the QuickShip Furniture program can be sent to furniture.quickship@kravet.com. Completed orders with payment submitted by 2PM ET will be processed that day; orders received after 2PM ET will be processed the following business day.

Production Time:

With the exception of certain “black-out” days (see below for details), QuickShip Furniture will be ready to ship in 10 business days from the date on which the order is processed. While we will always use our best efforts to achieve this 10 business day production time, Kravet cannot be held responsible for failure to meet this timeframe.

Payment:

Orders for QuickShip Furniture require payment in full before we will begin to process the order; however, if you already have open terms, we will honor those payment terms.

Changes and Cancellations:

We cannot accept any cancellations or order changes received after 5PM ET on the same calendar day that the order is processed. After that time, all orders will be non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Program Terms:

Only select fabrics are available to apply to QuickShip Furniture. QuickShip Furniture is upholstered with up the bolt fabric application, straight cut welt and standard Eco-Smart Seat cushions, standard Eco-Smart Back pillows and any standard maple stain or paint.

Upgrades:

The following upgrades are available with an upcharge on QuickShip Furniture orders: Air Dream Mattress, Spring Blend Down Seats, Spring Fiber Seats, Blend Down Backs or application of nailheads to the base of furniture, only.

Other than as stated above, no other upgrades or other changes are available for QuickShip Furniture frames.

Exclusions:

COM fabric, leather, CFAs, fabric finishing, contrast welt, bias welt, trim or combination fabric applications are not included in the QuickShip program. QuickShip does not include modifications in size or custom requests. For upgrades or custom requests not included in QuickShip, consider our extensive SMART Furniture offering.

Shipping:

Shipping time is in addition to production time. All Kravet standard shipping times and fees for purchaser’s region apply.

For any orders processed between December 1 & January 12 additional production days may be required and you should speak to your sales representative prior to placing an order.

Terms & Conditions

Guarantees: Under Normal Wear and Tear Conditions of the original owner

• Kravet Design & Smart frames are guaranteed for life.

• Kravet Edge frames are guaranteed for 5 years.

• Kravet Soleil frames are guaranteed for 1 year.

Terms of Payment:

• 50% deposit required before production will be initiated.

• Balance due 10 days prior to shipment or ship date will be postponed until the balance is received.

Prices:

• F.O.B. North Carolina and are exclusive of freight and delivery.

• Subject to change without notice

Production:

Orders are not placed into production until all fabrics, trimmings and diagrams if required are received and fabrics are backed (if necessary), at the factory. COM must be able to be identified and connected to an order in order to process, sidemark to include Kravet order number.

Inventory:

While Kravet Furniture strives to be in stock at all times, it can not be held responsible for issues beyond its control.

Dimensions:

Dimensions will vary within reason and will change depending on the fabric applied.

Shipping:

• Delivery only to a functional receiving dock

• Carrier must be specified

• Freight is collect unless prepaid as part of our prepaid delivery program.

• Kravet Furniture is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.

• Orders will not be scheduled for pick up or shipment unless balance due is paid 10 days prior to the ship date.

Storage:

Net $50 per week after scheduled ship dates, subject to change based on current costs and fees.

Cancellations:

Cancellations cannot be made once the order has been accepted.

Returns:

No returns are allowed without prior written authorization from Kravet.

Repairs:

• Please contact the Kravet Customer Advocacy Department at 1-800-648-5728 ext: 2485.

• Please provide a photo and a description to the Kravet Customer Advocacy Department.

• Payment for unauthorized repairs many not be guaranteed.

Freight Claims:

Kravet Furniture ships F.O.B. factory dock and cannot be responsible for damages which occur in transit, storage or delivery. For assistance in filing your freight claims, please contact the freight carrier.

Acknowledgements:

All orders are taken subject to acceptance by Kravet Furniture and our formal acknowledgement stating the terms, correct prevailing prices and certain conditions of sale. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the acknowledgement is correct.

Standard Packing:

All Kravet Furniture is packed to industry standard requirements.

FABRIC/TRIM

Grading:

• All Kravet and Lee Jofa Fabrics that are suitable for upholstery are graded into all Kravet Furniture.

• Kravet Edge: Kravet Fabrics that are suitable for upholstery can only be graded in. COM/COL is not accepted.

• Some Kravet fabrics are not suitable for use as upholstery. These fabrics are not “graded in.” If such fabrics are still used as upholstery then they must be purchased separately and will be treated as a COM fabric.

Application:

• Kravet Design fabrics are applied in a fully 4 way horizontal and vertical match based on an up the bolt direction.

• Kravet SMART and Kravet Edge fabrics are applied up the bolt in a flow match method for the most pleasing match.

• Kravet Fabrics will be applied as swatched.

Inspection:

• All Kravet Fabrics are inspected before they are shipped to the factory and again on receipt at the factory.

If there is a defect we will correct immediately and advise the customer only if there is an issue affecting the order’s timeliness.

• COM fabrics and COL leather if pulled from production will be returned to the customer for replacement.

Suitability:

• Fabrics not suitable for upholstery will not be guaranteed for appearance or durability.

• Kravet cannot guarantee any fabric for wear or durability.

The chart below covers most fabric repeats. However, unusual patterns will require additional fabric - i.e., halfdrops, sidedrops and borders. If your fabric (Kravet or COM) requires additional yardage to produce the most pleasing match, we will contact the customer for the additional yardage.
