Happy Independence Day Everyone! If you or a loved one currently serves in the armed forces or has previously served, we thank you for your courage and sacrifice. You are the true National Treasure and we salute you! Creek Bend Estates is surrounded by many walking trails. This summer is sure to be a hot one. Please remember to take care of yourself while you are outdoors. Outdoor pets can experience heat exhaustion just like humans. Stay hydrated and make sure your pets are as well. While on the subject of outdoor pets, we have been hearing certain dogs in the neighborhood who bark almost non-stop and all night long. If you are the owner of one such animal, please consider your neighbors and find a place indoors for them to spend the night. Most dogs will bark when they are lonely. I know I would. In line with MU’s mission to promote and support the work of women, the play, written by three female playwrights, illustrates how far women have come in the fight for equality in the past 100 years.
