Simon Sinek – Your Why Everyone has a WHY. Do you know yours? The WHY is the purpose, cause or belief that drives every one of us. Whether you are an entrepreneur, an employee, a leader of a team, or are looking to find clarity on your next move, your WHY is the one constant that will guide you toward fulfillment in your work and life.

Success Principles
What do you want? Understanding what you want in your life is critical. What do you want to accomplish? What do you want to have for you and for others in your life? What and who do you want to be, and how do you want to see yourself? This list evolves as you grow and get better, and you will see that you deserve bigger and better as you grow.
Method of Operation Create your DMO (Daily Method of Operation) Planning time each day for business, family, self, and client growth is essential. You cannot control the time you have, but you can control what you do with your time 100%! Daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishments can all be planned into a Method of Operation. Organized plans produce positive results. Please refer to DMO worksheet
Goals & Goal Action Items Please refer to the Target Plan included in your onboarding package.
Goals Goals can be big or small, and can be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. It is understood that if a goal is not met, it can be carried over to the next goal planning. Goals must be reviewed monthly, and in the event a goal is met, another one must take its place. The goal sheet can be long-term. Long-term goals should be developed to include five-year goals and beyond. Goals should address the following six areas of your life: health, spiritual, relationships, business, financial, and personal.

Goal Action Items Having goals is a must, but even more importantly, you need to determine the plans/steps for accomplishing your goals. Planning is very important, and you may need help with it, as some of your goals may be items that you have never worked towards. Planning to do something you have never done before can be challenging if you allow it to be, but together we can plan action steps for these goals.
Awareness & Focus Awareness Raise your level of awareness and identify what you want and what may be holding you back.
Focus At-home focus practice is essential and drives passion. Focus can come through a song, a book, or some other inspiration. We will work on how to practice focus daily. Vision Boards / Vision Videos are a compilation of images of the things that you want, desire to have, or inspire to be. These boards and videos can provide motivation, but more importantly they burn those images into the screen of your mind and help with focus. These tools are sources for your daily, weekly, and monthly energy. They will change as you grow and get better because you will begin to see different images of where you want to go during your journey.
Personal Personality Profile Please refer to the Personality Test that is included in your On-Boarding Package.
