Renewable Energy Advantages Renewable energy refers to the energy type that is derived from imperishable resources of nature. As the name signifies, these resources are inexhaustible, not like exhaustible types such as fossil fuels or natural gas. Some of the examples of renewable power include solar, wind, biomass, tidal, geothermal and water. Despite of numerous advantages, its usage is limited to certain extent. The main reason can be defined as costly machinery or the requirement of expert people in the relative field. Some of the advantages are listed below. Nearly fifty percent of the total energy supply is still contributed by inexhaustible sources in many countries. The use of sustainable energy has undoubtedly increased from earlier times significantly. However, there is still need of optimizing the application of natural processes to obtain efficient power. It is expected off the records that overall use of inexhaustible resources will speed up in the coming 30 years. 1. Abundant supply: It is the major advantage as the resources will easily replenish or replaced naturally. To be more accurate the alternative power sources are abundant in nature and will remain so only after using it constantly. It will not run out in future and supplement in every way it can be. With this effort, fossil fuels and other sources can be used in sustainable manner rather than depleting it completely. 2. Environmental Benefits: Alternative sources are considered as green and clear form of energy. For example sunlight, water, wind and biomass generate zero harmful emissions or pollutants in the environment. Fossil fuels contribute towering percentage of air and water pollutants that makes it a root cause of greenhouse effect or global warming. 3. Stable Cost: The initial configuration and machine setup of professional power project is slightly costly. But considering it for long-term use it is rather less expensive than fossil fuels. Power Plant Management Services operate by means of natural processes like sun, water, wind etc. Consequently minimum maintenance is sufficient for efficient working of these power plants. Although, plants have flowers but they have thorns too, similarly in this case there are some of the disadvantages. The main concern is non availability of certain conditions like on calm day, wind power gets minimized or on cloudy day, generation of solar power gets reduced. These are some of the circumstances that highly affect the production. Generally, professional power projects are established around remote areas only. In the crux, sustainable energy pros outweigh the drawbacks. The best advantage is that no harm is imparted to environment using these sustainable energies. Basically, it is the only solution present to solve the energy crisis being the main issue in today’s world.
