Position: Assistant Project Manager Revelations Entertainment is a in-house production studio. This project consisted of multiple facets including an enclosed editing bay, a custom built reception desk and steel bracing connections and techniques that add a design feature. The key theme in this space was connecting all of the elements together and paying attention to the detail within each piece’s connection.

AIA Restaurant Design Winner 2013
Beer Belly, completed in May 201, is a craft beer bar. Located in the heart of Korea Town, Beer Belly offers local based craft beers. The interior features include a custom wood paneling system and cantilever wall bench for customer seating. All stains on the wood features were custom mixed on site to create one-of-a kind tones. The lighting system was also a custom design element.

Completed in August 2012, The Beverly Hills Conference and Visitor Center is located in the heart of Beverly Hills and is the epicenter where tourists congregate to receive information for their travels in Beverly Hills. Custom ceiling systems, a custom sliding conference room door, and office wall panels were all fabricated on site and were key features in the offices and entry lobby.

Completed in October 2010 IZIP Venice was a small tenant improvement. The project consisted of a full retail modification and custom fixtures made from slat walls. The second store location featured a double height space allowing for ceiling hung design elements all custom fabricated on site. In both stores, the custom mill-work was a prominent design feature.

Position: Construction Project Manager Completed in January 2013, The Visionaire Group LA is a multi-discipline motion graphics firm housed in a converted warehouse space. This was a full interior build-out from raw space that has been transformed into multiple work spaces with the addition of a second floor mezzanine glass wrapped conference rooms, custom designed stair installation, and stadium seating space.

Completed in August 2012, The Vevo Music Group is a music platform provider. This project consisted of converting a warehouse space in Playa del Rey. Custom fabricated details adorn this space from the extruded window to the cascading large entry stair case. The offices remain on the second floor mezzanine while the entry allows for a creative event performance space.

Leckelt Leckelt Residence New Orleans, LA 4,000 SF
Position: Project Designer Currently under construction in south Louisiana, this private residence is filled with custom design elements all paying tribute to the local architecture. The U-shape of the house allows for the separation of the children’s space and the master suite. The tall windows provide light into the beautiful long halls created that wrap around the outdoor space creating a feeling of enclosure.

A brand identity was first developed to revamp the outdated logo and slogan for the company. USGS Coastal Marsh Restoration Exhibition Urban Design and Planning Louisiana
The installation of destructive manmade barriers has fragmented coastal LA and contributed to the loss of its natural wetlands and diverse ecosystems.

This intervention attempts to restore balance to this now compromised territory, The purpose of the project is to uncover the once natural process of water movement and restore the health of LA’s marsh and coastal wet-scape. This design was presented to the head of the Army Corps of Engineers and the USGS for LA in a continuing effort to implement this strategy in coastal regions.

Position: Project Designer This site within the Broad Center, designed by Richard Meier, is completely dictated by its orthogonal grid of edges. Taking inspiration from Aalto’s ergonomic chair 41, this project is focused on ultimately increase the number of edges in the space by filling the room with Aalto art pieces. These edges define program and circulation within the space.
Position: Project Designer This project’s stirring design transforms the site into a thriving urban space activated by the pedestrians and their journey through the site. By creating a mixed community that thrives primarily off of pedestrian traffic, both the site and the building become activated. As building residents and visitors move in and out of the space, the building begins to transform, shift, and move reflecting the traffic within its space.
