Principal, Kendall/Heaton Associates
Brandt oversees Heintges’ West Coast office, managing projects in the U.S. and Asia, focusing on museums, cultural institutions, and custom facades for luxury retail. A member of AIA, she has lectured at Pratt Institute and served as a facade specialist in Pratt’s graduate department design studio. Brandt holds degrees in architecture from the College of Environmental Design at UC, Berkeley, and the Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD).
With a thorough understanding of building systems, along with his organizational skills and attention to detail, Dupuis has helped provide the communication, continuity, and high level of quality needed for the successful completion of some of the firm’s major projects. Daniel is a registered architect in the State of Texas and a member of the AIA and the Texas Society of Architects.

Cavagnero provides leadership for the design of all projects within his eponymous firm. With over three decades expertise in the planning, design, and construction of civic, educational, and cultural facilities, his efforts aid and support the creation of spaces that are inspiring, functional, durable, and well-detailed.
Associate, Atelier Ten
Kasarekar is a leader of the environmental design practice of Atelier Ten. She combines technical competency and creativity across multiple disciplines—architecture, engineering, and master planning—to develop integrated, cross-disciplinary solutions for projects. She is an expert on passive systems and facade and energy optimization.

With a background combining structural and mechanical engineering, architecture, and construction, Cox has over 20 years experience in the design of structures and facades. He has worked as a structural engineer and facade consultant in the U.S. and Southeast Asia, and is currently Business Development Manager, West Coast, for Permasteelisa North America.
RYAN DONAGHY
Kumar has served as a mentor and expert in every project at SHoP, providing guidance in design, development, and execution of building enclosures. He has led facade direction on many of the firm’s high-profile projects including 111 West 57th Street, South Street Seaport, and Uber HQ. Kumar is a Visiting Lecturer at Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania. A LEED-accredited professional, he is also a member of AIA.
Senior Associate, SHoP
Donaghy specializes in the design and realization of complex facade systems. At SHoP, he has led the facade system design effort on diverse projects, including the new UBER HQ in San Francisco and Brooklyn’s future tallest tower at 9 DeKalb Avenue. Donaghy holds a BA in structural engineering from Michigan State University and a MArch from the University of Michigan.
MIRJAM LINK Senior Project Manager, Boston Properties
With over 14 years’ experience in real estate development, investment, and architecture, Link manages large-scale ground-up developments while overseeing acquisitions and dispositions in the commercial and mixed-use sector. Her expertise also covers: managing complex interdisciplinary design and engineering teams; securing entitlements, permits, and environmental approvals; leading community outreach; overseeing ground-up construction, renovations, and TI build outs; and serving as the lead on branding, marketing, and leasing.

STANLEY SAITOWITZ Principal, Natoma Architects
Saitowitz received his MArch at UC, Berkeley, in 1977, where he is an Emeritus Professor of Architecture. He has taught at numerous schools, including Harvard University GSD, UCLA, Rice, SCIARC, Cornell, Syracuse, and the University of Texas at Austin. Projects with his firm comprise residential, commercial, and institutional, as well as urban landscapes. In 2006 he was a finalist for the Smithsonian Cooper Hewitt National Design Award.
SANJEEV TANKHA Principal / Structures, Walter P Moore
Tankha leads Walter P Moore’s enclosure engineering practice. His expertise lies in developing elegant facade design solutions that bal-
ance structure, sustainability, and comfort. His experience is on a wide variety of projects including aviation, sports, civic, commercial, transportation, and hospitality. A registered architect in California, he is also a LEED accredited professional.
THILO WILHELMSEN Tender Leader, Josef Gartner
Wilhemsen provides technical assistance to architecture and engineering firms in the U.S. and Canada, focusing on innovative building envelope solutions, including custom steel and glass and high-performance unitized wall systems. Previously, he devoted 15-plus years to the construction industry, running his own firm, as well as working in the facade and glazing sectors.
