TRADITION We moved into this house the year we got married. After 5 years of living in an apartment, we now have our own place. It is a large house on the outskirt of town which offers a lot of opportunities in terms of design and also has a garden. We wanted this house to be suitable for our future family and in view of this, we took the time to think about all the options. We wanted the house to be adapted We wanted to use good quality to our needs and to use good quality materials materials while, at the same time, while, at the same time, being consistent with our tastes being consistent with in terms of decoration. our tastes in terms of decoration. They often spend their afternoons in the garden and then rush back inside when it is time to eat without always remembering to take their shoes off. It was therefore vital that the flooring was strong and easy to maintain. Luxfloor flooring is really suited to our children. It does not scratch easily, is easy to clean and their anti-bacterial properties are very important to a mother. We can watch our children have fun and go up without being worried for the home. Also it is very easy to lay and easy to change this flooring if one day we want to change our decorations it would not present any constraint ! DESIGN After my architecture studies, I created my consulting agency in 2007 and specialised in interior design for apartments. My work is to create a dialogue between space, colours and furniture with the individual nature and personality of the occupant. These days, the desires of users are constantly changing with new offers and the emergence of new trends. This is why it is vital to be up to date with the latest innovations and collections. Flooring occupies a very important place within the approach to interior design. Nowadays it is also easy to change the floor with a laminate flooring, like changing the colors of the wall or the furniture. Also, let us not forget that flooring is effectively a base, a foundation for the atmosphere in a room. The floor is the element of decoration with which a person in more frequently in contact; it is the factor of well being which is the most important During my studies, I frequently followed the evolution of the different materials used in the pratice of my profession. I therefore was part of the « revolution » which saw the appearance of laminate flooring at the start of the 90’s.

The ease with which it is laid convinced me and I was immediately able to imagine the potential of this system. I have therefore been faithful to the Luxfloor laminate flooring for many years which are for me a real reference. Thanks to the latest technical innovations, it has the appearance of a real parquet floor with the advantage of the latest trends. When we began this business, we had to renovate, redecorate and remodel the space because we wanted to recreate the atmosphere and the cachet of our first place. As far as the floor covering was concerned, we expected a lot of use so it needed above all to be robust. However, from experience, we knew that we should get a great design of the boutique. The sales premises are our first contact with the client and we therefore wanted our shop to reflect our brand.

Concerned by this need for it to be resistant, I was delighted when I discovered the Luxfloor range. Indeed, I never imagined that I would be able to find a floor covering which combined resistance to any test and so suited to my needs with such a varied selection. The Luxfloor range is suitable for intense traffic at the same time. The laying of the Luxfloor laminate floor is as practical as it gets. I did not need to call a fitter, it seemed to be so easy for us and took so little time. Today our shop is the reflection of what we are able to offer on our shelvesâ&#x20AC;&#x2030;: light and modern. It’s name says it all. The width of the slabs allows wood designs to be created with that look of yesteryear. The bevel edges on the two sides enhance its authentic nature.

Of a 1285 x327 mm format, the panorama range is attractive by the format and truly specific to these decors. The « continuous effect » side reinforces the length of the laminate and gives a new look to the room.

You want a floor resistant to any test, then LX Premium is made for you. Made up of an 10 mm HFD support and an ecological wood fibre layer, Premium has the advantage of a 33-usage category, anti-static floor.

The 8 mm reference range with innovative designs. Range available in AC 4 usage category. For moderate and private commercial use in general. The laminate with a classical format perfectly re-transcribes the character of the revisited designs.

The Luxfloor wood range is made up of a fine real looking wood covered with a layer of UV protection. The touch and appearance of real wood is marvellous. The 1380 x 116 mm format gives a real and elegant appearance after just one fitting.

As its name indicates the Trend range is contemporary owing to its trend format (173 mm wide) and thanks to the multitude of elegant and distinguished designs.

The least that can be said is that 2 v grooves on the two long sides do not lack style. Indeed, the 2 chamfers on two sides give a new space to the room while affirming its natural and modern nature.

The modern laminate floor is also in tune with the slab and tile appearance. Authentic concrete, tile and travertine designs are particularly suited to this format.

LX Pro

LX Pro (8 mm) range is offered in AC4. The benefit for professionals is its UPEC classification. The Wear, Drilling, Water (humidity), resistance to Chemical Agents characteristics are of extra importance if being placed in a public place or for a building project.

LX creative

The Creative range is created for a user looking for original and unique decors. The format of the laminate allows a true originality of style, laying and will give the floor a unique appearance.

LX PROject

The 9 mm range is made up of an additional high resistance layer called « High Tech Multi - Layer »*, which reinforces its resistance and gives it an AC usage classification. For intense private and commercial.

Fitting Define the wall surface to be dressed. Drill the wall in order to lace the wall rails. A rail every 40 cm. Place the finishing clips at the bottom of each rail. Fit the first row of laminates by attaching them with the fitting clips at the top.

In order to insert the fitting clip, turn the clip so as to have the tongues grip the clip and the front tongue on the laminate. Fit the other rows in staggered rows. Insert the finishing clips at the top of the wall. Cut the finishing bars to format and thanks to the clips supplied, insert them on the sides and at the top.

Because fashions change, the uses of the different rooms is changing, the Luxfloor laminate flooring changes with regards to the format of the laminates but also in terms of the thickness. Consequently, wider laminates are increasingly in demand for their aesthetic look and the ease with which they can be fitted. On the other hand, original formats of laminates such as LX Trend (173â&#x20AC;&#x2030;mm wide) give a very special look to the spaces and decors. The classical size of laminate are obviously still up-to-date but their thickness if tending to increase. The trend towards an increased thickness and for laminates of more than 10â&#x20AC;&#x2030;mm is real. Endless Endless new generation decors are special in that they are made from laminates whose two short sides form a continuous image. When laying your floor, there is no need to worry about the design of the laminates. The continuity of the laminates if perfectly natural and gives your interiors a new spacious look. .

High Tech Multi - Layer Luxfloor research has enabled the creation of even more resistant flooring. The multi-layer technology gives this laminate flooring an unmatched resistance to wear, (AC5) whilst at the same time allowing it to be applied to an 8mm panel. The upper layer is reinforced with a resistant solution that will offer to the laminate a better resistance over time. Antistatic Thanks to its Antistatic technology, the LX Premium flooring is lacking electrostatic discharges. The floor is resistant and pleasant over a long time. UPEC classification The UPEC classification is awarded to the Luxfloor PRO product range. The classification defines the technical characteristics to be respected in accordance with the EN 13329 Standard based on the destination of the product. To have products classified is UPEC is a voluntary act to accredit products that matches the suitability of the product with the place where it is to be fitted. Destinations such as Homes, Offices, public premises...are classified on the basis of their specific nature and the four U.P.E.C. criteria describe the correlations demanded between product and destination.
