KRUZIN, as a platform between fashion and art, is proudly working with International artists to create Miami Art Series. We celebrated Art Basel Miami 2013 by hosting the launch of a sneakers collection featuring international artist collaborations forged especially for this Basel Miami event.

ABOUT ALESSANDRA
KRUZIN Creative Director Brazilian born and Fashion Institute of Technology trained, Alessandra Gold has made a global name for herself in fashion and design. Gold’s work is seen on noteworthy people from Taipei to Miami, at New York’s Fashion Week, in boutiques around the world and in the pages of Sports Illustrated, the New York Post, Nylon, and industry trades. Gold is the founder of the Alessandra Gold Brands (Brazil / Asia / USA), the Creative Director of KruZin (Taiwan), stylist and consultant to various entrepreneurs, celebrities and businesses. “Miami is becoming a cultural melting pot where some of the world’s most cutting edge international cultural events happen: Art Basel, Winter Music Conference, ULTRA, Miami Fashion Week… bringing people from all over the world to Miami. In three short years in Miami, KruZin has managed to become an international bridge for art, culture, lifestyle and fashion. That is why it made sense to create a line that celebrates what Art Basel means to art worldwide.”

Malcolm Stuart
Born and raised in Antigua and Barbuda. He works out of Takamatsu (Japan) and Miami. He is a self-taught graphic cartoonist that uses various materials (wood, vinyl, metal, acrylic paint, etc) to create art pieces on apparel, footwear walls, and canvases.
Guava de Artist Yuri Tuma’s art centers around photography, but he is a frequent collaborator in other media including video, sculpture, fashion and installation art. His art involves transformation of photograph images into formulaic patterns creating optical art pieces unusual to the field of photography.

Born and raised in Miami, James is an emergent multi-dimensional artist exhibiting superb skills in drawing and painting. Collaborations minted in this young artist’s career include Martellus Bennett, IMKING.CO and Coin Slot.

Malcolm is at the forefront of contemporary airbrush art and is well known for his custom hand air brushed art and painting onto apparel, adopted by artist mavens such as Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, as well as the emerging fashion house JoyRich.
