Hong Kong is the densest city in the world. This project is to try to explore and investigate the potential of mixed-use housing towers as well as to showcase the various spatial organisations and shapes of mixing. Theme Park Tower is an experience existing between the theme park and residential program. This project is about combining a residential program with an additional program in order to explore new type of living quality. The tower has both public and private areas. In order for the programs to mix, the residential people can see the theme park. By doing this, the programs are physically seperated however area connected at the same time.
