SHIPPING & TURNAROUND
All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. Our default shipping method is USPS, but we also offer UPS and FedEx Ground if requested. Please note shipping requests when ordering.
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 days, unless a ship date is specified. However, we strive to get most orders out within 72 hours if possible. Large orders may take additional lead time. Please contact us directly if you have a time-sensitive shipment, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Occasionally, there will be items out of stock, and we will notify you if any of your items are backordered. Upon restocking, we will ship the item immediately unless directed otherwise.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Land O’ Lakes, Florida.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Defective products may be exchanged for product or credit. Damages or defective merchandise must be reported with five days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other applicable fees that are incurred. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on unsold seasonal merchandise.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Order by emailing us at wholesale@krystalwhitten. com. Opening orders must be pre-paid before shipment with credit card or Paypal. Subsequent orders can be paid within 30 days subject to credit approval (two trade references required). Payment will be processed at time of shipment.

DISPLAY & PACKAGING
All Krystal Whitten Studio products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards. If you’re selling Krystal Whitten Studio products online, credit must be given in the product description. Retailers may not sell Krystal Whitten Studio products on third-party online platforms (i.e. Ebay, Etsy, Amazon).
