They grew up before the era of computers and the internet, yet most of the world now relies on mobile devices, apps, voice activated technology, and video chatting, which all come with a learning curve and are constantly changing. Older adults can greatly benefit from adapting to new technologies however, and it’s clear that many seniors have discovered that.
