Key Project Experience Lynn University Center - Three-story, 65K SQFT student union building, primarily ACM and glass with cast-inplace concrete. Program includes loading dock, dining and food-service spaces, a retail store, student support and associated office spaces, conference and event spaces, incubator space, lounge, study, and collaboration areas, and rooftop terraces. Joined team in schematic design as a project architect, worked closely with other designers through DD to design interior spaces and transitions at building envelope. Continued as a key team member through all documentation, designing and detailing interior specialty glass and millwork, researching products, and detailing ACM panel, roof, and transitions at glass with lead architect and other team members. Projected to continue with CA through completion. Early site work and temporary roads under construction now. Lynn University; Perper Student Housing - Three-story, 49K SQFT tilt-up concrete and hollow-core slab housing project; 3 single-loaded bars around a central courtyard with a multi-purpose building on the 4th side. Joined team in schematic design as an interior project architect, worked closely with other designers through DD to design interior spaces, unit layouts, and choose finishes. Continued as a key team member through all documentation, currently performing CA. Confidential Client; Conference Furniture Suite - New Products for New Ways of Working: Bench, Sideboard, Simple Table. These pieces should have a familiar functionality- informal because it is obvious, but with a scale and nuance in detailing that transcends casual. Tactile interfaces and components respond to the improvised work activities we are seeing today. This project is currently in prototyping at the manufacturer, and should show at NEOCON 2017. I was the designer under a design director, prepared all models presentations, concepts, and renderings with another team member. Hertz Global Headquarters - Three-story, 302K SQFT glass, steel, and concrete workplace facility with a combination of open office, executive offices, collaboration space, cafeteria, gym, showroom, and telecommunications support spaces. Designed by Gensler (NYC), I joined the team for CA just after steel was erected. I worked on all interior CA and some core and shell CA, including submittals, RFI’s, and bi-weekly site vistits and field reports, and final punch-lists. Trenam Kemker (TPA) - Full interior renovation project, 39k SQFT. Served as junior project designer and project architect working with project manager. SD through CA to completion. Designed, selected, or approved all hardware, furniture, and finishes, drew or approved all drawings and details. American Express Serve - 12k SQFT interior workplace. Served as project designer and project architect working with project manager. SD through CA to completion. Designed, selected, or approved all hardware, and finishes, drew or approved all drawings and details. Quest Diagnostics National Operations Center - 48k SQFT workplace project, interior. Schematic design and DD working with lead designer, CD set working with project architect and project designer, all construction adminisration. Quest Diagnostics AIrlock - Small addition to lab building to address delivery and drop-off scenario and alleviate a negative pressure problem in the lab. Worked on CD’s under project architect.

Single-family neigborhood infill housing; This scheme elevates an idea of neighborhood. In earnest effort to emulate older communities and their brave proximities to the street, it creates a rythmic sidewalkscape and pushes itself to forward edges of setbacks. The design allows the outdoors to infiltrate the building, an aggressive operable skin system and central exterior core provide for ample cross-ventilation in cooler months and never allow inhabitants to forget what planet they’re from.

local orders - immediate limitations or frameworks from which to reflect and analyze, or physical contraints imposed on play by material or tool limitations or qualities flow - the holistic sensation that people feel when they act with total involvement domain shift - refers to how a tool initially used for one purpose can be applied to another task, or how the principle guiding one practice can be applied to quite another activity play (in design) - the enjoyable, sometimes spontaneous execution of investigations or maneuvers relative to material, tool, or geometric constraints, for the sake of investigation itself; responses to discoveries elicit further investigations or changes in course based on their results as they pertain to formal, tectonic, or spatial considerations unique to the designer or project
