The idea of a sustainable skyscraper which is built as much for humans as for the flora and fauna that help revive the city and work as the biological hotspots as well as the knowledge hub of a city. It brings the people with close proximity and respect towards nature while the nature being conserved, flourishes along side . The main anchor for these entirely dif ferent entities will be the closed loop model that is cre-ated in the consumption and production creating a symbiotic rela

The unit size of pixelation was to be carefully chose as explained in ac cordance with adaptability and optimal usage . The gird and massing was constantly sub divided for higher efficiency .
Outriggers are rigid horizontal structures designed to improve building overturning stiff ness and strength by connecting the building core or spine to distant columns.

The floor plan of ninteenth floor shows how a typical floor is in a constantly morphing state with a huge amount of rentable space with the mid rib of cores rigged for torisonal stiffness and seismic load. The first diapraghm belt truss floor is the thirteenth floor , it houses 1/3 of the water storage tanks along with other services while the twentieth floor houses the remainder of the water storage and fire water storage tanks. It also consists of the refugee area which is open to the side as required. The belt truss here is the widest among all of the belt trusses The last belt truss floor bracing the upper floors , the tuned mass damper and the expansion providing torisonal stiffness to the entire structure
The pixelation allows for the structure to be infinetly moudable and the floor systems the placement of the cores are provided with keeping this in mind , the infintely flexible spaces .
The project caters to a wide range of demograpic but the sense of belongingness , that blooms out of tangi ble interactions and a sense of personalization by letting the users by allowing them to define the space according to them . Instead of providing spaces with aimless provisions of services, attractor points, interac tive and resting spaces, architecture could be an elaborate narrative of spaces curated in such a manner that the spaces themselves behave as stories for the people to experience. The main idea revolves around the recognition of such spaces.

The internship became a medium for free flowing creative visualization and practical sustainability to fit in and produce a satisfactory result. Client management and coordination were among the most important skills development along with the attention to detail, the positioning of the product and the rebranding of a brand through its style and its posi tion in the market.
Studio Ecchkay had the opportunity to design a catalogue for DALAL TILES ,a corporate giant in the Delhi tile industry, showcasing its wide range of concrete, GFRC and GRC products. The 200 pages contain more than 800+ renderings that were conceptualized, modelled and rendered within 4 months. The project was more than satisfactory for the client, who then purchased some of the samples designed by the STUDIO ECCHKAY creative team and acquired the copyrights for the patterns that were designed by the team. The actual price of the project has not been dis closed, but on average such a project could cost around 10 lakhs, depending on the quality and
The visualization for Studio Ecchkay’s products for their website and portfolio had to be curated in a partidular style adherering to the style illus trated and the brand position that their website layout put forward. Modelling proved to be the more challenging part as it demanded the real life imperfections to provide a plausible base for the correct UV mapping of the textures. The set design was another challenge keeping them subtle yet elegant enough to create a good base for the products to really bring out the form and textures . The lighting was inspired from actual set light ing to the accuracy of real life photometry.

The site came from Saket and had to be the epitome of hu man-centered, sustainable and network-based exercise be haviour in and. The site was developed in two phases: macro and micro with a conscious approach. Trying to create a human-cen tered movement pattern while providing 3 connectivity loops as a binding factor for the location and at the micro level. A newly invented character for the Anupam complex, which both techno logically and functionally shows the future of the community complex in the world of architecture.
The proposed sections posed threat to the existing bus networks used by the schools , which needed to be provided for in the design , instead of the current bus network intimidating the proposed plan , a new planned route is incorporated morphing the plan to provide a hastle- free , congestion-free movement of buses in and out of Saket without any causing hinderance. The two routes include a less used road running along the sports complex adds a new purpose to the street and diverts the traffic and congestion which earlier used to be along the Saket road .
The fast cycling lane is a designated uninterrupted straight loop promoting cycling as a competitive sport . It fundamentally consists of the Press enclave road , Mehrauli Badarpur road , Golf course road and Mandir marg , partially fed by Pramod Mahajan and Saket road .
The pedestrian green loop is a continuous uninterrupted loop that threads the residential complexes with a purely human oriented designed loop that promotes the pedestrian movement by delegating the space as a PEDESTRAIN HIGHWAY . Functionally it places many essential commercial activities , medical requirements and public spaces in harmony which heeds to the reverence of human interactivity and human oriented streets at its core.

Designed for Bagdogra, a city in the Darjeeling district in West Bengal, the airport won the university's fourth place in the ANDC GRIHA 2019-20 trophy. The shape of the terminal building devel oped from the octagons in Buddhism ,faith followed locally .The ceiling is the signature of an airport that follows the genius of nature. All rainwater is collected with roof drains and gutters in landscaped tea gardens. 75 percent of the waste generated at the airport is treated.
Bagdogra is a town of Darjeeling district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Currently, this international airport has flights connecting Paro and Bangkok internationally. Airways domestically connect to Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Dibrugarh and Guwahati. The design incorporated a number of design techniques all intertwined with the systems that are essential for its operations.

A megacity of 20 million people and more than 18 million vehicles without any proper pedestrian pathway, is thought to be impossi ble. Since the project had a commercial as well as residential footprint. With little to no residential area nearby, there should be a cardinal reason. The project wanted it to be "Talk of the town". However, considering Delhi's lack of quality footpath, the thought was that it'd be better to make it "Walk of the town".
This was all about sewing the whole mass togeth er. Which trinkled down to formulating the circu lation, the bridges And connecting the terrace of the podium for it to be exploited by the Residents in the best possible manner. Furthermore The project was all about providing an experience for the visitor, so, we hewed the podium in a way that it provides each space its unique identity. An island in the middle breaks the huge central open space into two at the same time encourages the visitor to walk even more.
The concept revolves around finding the perfect balance between the aforementioned two phras es. The idea is to design space so eccentric, that it gets added to one of the tourist spots of the capital.
The site is located near railway station metro station and bus stand abutts it. A perfect location for transit-oriented development lying at centre of the capital. It holds a premium advantage. With two edges lying on the primary road. Access points for clearly predicted. keeping in mind the location of the bus stop, the road coming from the metro station and the railway station. The island acts as a dividing element to the whole building block full stop the split that takes place is visual and in no way forces someone to take a particular path making the circulation free Pedestrians are like water, any hindrance in the way they will cross it through the smallest ap erture, showing the free flow of the pedestrian pattern. Massing encourages the visitor to enter the site through large openings and causes no blockage to one's path.
Changing uses at the ground level was consid ered – for example designing for privacy (such as raising ground-level residential units above street level) can make it extremely difficult to change the street front spaces for retail or commercial uses at a later date. The inspira tion from the case studies and our parenthesis led to this design form. All parameters were kept in mind while adhering to the guidelines taken from the Master plan of Delhi, Auckland mixed-used development, Manual of the city of Antioch .

Industrial architecture usually requires fast installation low-maintenance components, and flexible spaces that can be used for different purposes Therefore, the client was naturally excited by the kind of spaces that would be carved out
Paying homage to The Forge, the main staircase is done in perforated metal and the façade in corten steel
The walls are made of acoustic panels and they add the play of color to these spaces , making them livelier than ever The client was quite accepting to the idea of the structure being visible and showcased in an industrial manner

The podium acts as the ground floor in the metaphorical sense for the house. All gatherings and parties happen on this floor hence it had to have a quality of well designed and connected open and closed spaces.
The north side has the largest of the openings contributing to most of the light in the house.
The construction is in full swing and the clients intend to close of the architectural shell before monsoon therefore, the revision clouds demark the areas that are being constantly worked on as part of smaller details as per the site conditions.
With changing requirements, the basement is being reworked over and over trying to fit in the things in the updated program, which leads to a number of conversations that need to happen with the MEP and the structural consultants with a lot of back and forth on site
The north side boundary wall is particularly challenging as it isn’t technically a part of the owner’s land but is shared between the municipality and the The north side also has a sloping road which needs to be braced and retained against, making the junction even trickier
On site structure doesn’t have an exact match to the issued CAD drawings and hence there is a lot of discord in the brick walling and prototype of windows
Furthermore, The interior not being in the scope of work causes further coordination to happen so as to retain essential structural components whilst providing the clients with an optimal living space
The second floor being the same doesn’t bring up new issues although, incorporating them keeping in mind the double heighted
There is a metal roof on top of the double heighted space which is still under review and has to be worked on according to the site conditions
The Lower terrace consists of the guest bedrooms and the terrace area for formal gatherings
The metal roof creates an eaves at this floor which becomes the datum for all other openings on this floor
The drawings shared by the window vendor couldn’t be directly shared for prototyping hence the window section were thoroughly understood to be incorporated as a part of a typical sill edge detail that could be prototyped on site

Onsite, the shafts were closed on the intent inside after the change of interior, therefore the exterior was chose not to be walled. Instead, dry walling was proposed with middle partitions openable for servicing were provided
The final elevation had to have some sort of quality of a conscious modern revival of Georgian architecture
With the architectural shell complete and the prototyping done, the boundary wall was the only remaining part that was still under schematic review
After a dozen of iterations, the right kind of tandur grey stone and the right kind of articulation on the plaster bands done in grit finish, this elevation was finalized
The construction of it however was totally dependent on the structure that had constraints of the sloping road and the municipality service area
As marked here the elevation of the boundary wall is dependent on the structure and the survey drawing of the road which determines the datum lines and levels of the openings and the plaster bands on the boundary wall which run around the periphery of the plot
This is one of the most crucial sections as it contains the relationship of the floor levels and the double heighted space along with the boundary wall and it's vital parts
The staircase area, being a common area and therefore not being in the interior intent, had to be designed for subtle tones yet in rich taste.
The onsite coordination led the necessary revisions in the staircase details and was to be designed accordingly.

The brief provoked to reinterpret riverfronts in cities and design a complex along a chosen riverside to develop an integrated setup of commercial, recreational and residen tial uses in one place, while enriching the historical connect of the river with the people of the city. With the Najafgarh being the biggest polluter of the Yamuna, it’s imperative that the drain be first cleaned before moving on to saving the latter.Hence, the design was proposed in a modular format with 10 sites being chosen to replenish the drain and bringing the masses to its banks. The entire riverfront is designed strategically to reduce the need of active green design strategies by efficient implementation of passive ones.
ArcGIS software aided us in having a vivid understanding about the site and various con stituents around it . primarily The connectivity of the roads, the varied landuse of the adjoin ing plots, shown in the pages forward .By incultating the above mentioned measures we developed a functional and efficient design.
The quintessential india- colourful and cha otic, situated on the banks of river ganga, is the place to be born and to die. Located close to kashi vishwanath temple, the most spectacular ghat of varanasi, is a thin sliver of public space between the dense city and ganga. The cultural landscape lined with temples, pavilions, kunds, streets and plazas is layered, kinetic and responsive to river's flow.
The most fascinating view of archi tecture is the relationship between scientific and humanistic topics, what touches me is that the design of a building must harmonize be tween theoretical, social, functional and technical characteristics and at the same time be related to the con text, in every project I have worked on I have always tried to ensure a balanced treatment of these aspects and to take into account the needs of the built environment in the most realistic and objective way. It is of great relevance how architecture works on many levels, from the ter ritory to the city, from
spatial problems to structural de tails but I've also tried to relate to the professional world and with some additional activities: in all these experiences I've realized how important it is, and in fact it is, to go through many topics and require ments that a project needs to be can, from teamwork and theoretical questions to dealing with builders, engineers and building regulations. I came to the conclusion that I am not only fascinated by the part of the purely architectural design, but also all the other knowledge that an ar chitect has to acquire in order to work as one in this world
