Salad Options

 House salad - Crisp greens, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, cucumber and carrots with Ranch and Italian dressings  Holiday greens - Red and green romaine lettuce garnished with pepitas, diced cucumber and goat cheese crumbles with a Cranberry Vinaigrette (will serve a goat cheese bruschetta for plated option)

Entrée Options    

Herb-roasted turkey breast with pan gravy Cranberry-glazed herb-seared chicken Spiral-cut Honey Roasted Ham Stuffed Acorn Squash -sunrise blend with pepitas and dried cranberries

Side Dishes

Wild mushroom stuffing Traditional mashed potatoes (includes pan gravy on buffets) Blackstrap Rum Sweet Potatoes Mash Brussel Sprouts Peas and pearl onions Green Bean Casserole

Desserts

 Sugar Cookies  Pumpkin pie with whipped cream Premium Dessert – Add $2.00/person to Snowflake or Flurry buffet  Crème brulee cheesecake with burnt caramel topping garnished with whipped cream  Caramel pecan chocolate mousse pie on a chocolate crumb crust

If you would like to have the meal served, choose one entrée (the vegetarian entrée will be served to any guests requesting that option), one salad, two sides and one of the premium desserts. Cost is $19.75/person.
